I struggle with having food before training too. I have a light snack (similar to your rice cakes with banana) and if I hit a wall during my session, I just have a piece of sweets (I love sweet and sour Haribo). It works wonders.

You look great blonde but You should do a more natural blonde! maybe get highlights not full root, and add some dimension so it looks more natural. your current hairdresser might be over bleaching you which = breakage (baby hairs). You are so beautiful! Just need a more natural hair to compliment how naturally beautiful you are! And would make ur hair healthier

Medjool dates + nut butter are a great pre workout snack! Dates absorb slowly and are very good carbs for energy!
