Thanks for the moira needing to do damage speech , I get sick of people asking for heals while all sitting back so I can’t do enough damage to get heals back. Moira isn’t like mercy, kiri etc that can just hold healing down indefinitely (or small “reloads”) 🙄😅
Dps moiras are a thing though, so it's understable. Some moiras keep on forcing needless duels they obviously _can't_ win instead of going back to heal someone with more damage/hp whose abilities can actually kill someone..
@@Iscoileachmeyes but I’ve also seen a lot of players (especially the actual dps) screaming “dps moira” when they’re not performing well without a pocket. Even when the moira has even heals with their co-support or even more. Some people just want to blame someone else for their poor performance.
@@WhiteWaterAlchemist sure, I'm not talking about that kind of situations, it sucks. Also, sometimes more damage than heals is justified, esp. when you're rolling the enemy and that's just the way to make it quick lol. I play Moira too, so I can see what you mean. Still sucks when I'm on tank, and my Moira has 5k spam damage (while having 2 kills and 3 assists) and 500 heals. Not everyone can actually pull off a dps Moira card, and definitely not against a coordinated team where people watch for cooldowns and can focus a target.
Moira needs to do damage and heals simultaniously. Playing dps moira is only a good choice, if your team mates can sustain themselves. The best strategy for moira is sticking to a tank or dps and attacking the same targets as them, while also keeping an eye out to heal your comrades.
another tip for moira players that has immensely helped me: generally speaking, throw the orb that is OPPOSITE what you are currently doing. if you're damaging a lot to get a flanker out of your backline or something, throw a heal orb for your team where it'll bounce back into the fight. if you're keeping your tank up through the main part of the teamfight, throw a damage orb to keep your resources going until someone gets a kill. it's an extremely efficient and often surprisingly effective way to win fights, especially if your damage orb randomly finishes off a low hp enemy that you can't even see 😂😂

@@jiaverse I mean yea I've seen it happen before but honestly, most of the time somebody leaves like that it's cause they got tilted that their team was losing 5v5. the odds of turning that around into winning 4v5 are less than 1% I'd say.
