Funny thing is that you can easily learn enough to check it's legit in months, but you have to have an open mind, and that's what everyone is lacking because of their materialistic and scientistic view on reality, which is really stupid if you stop and think for a couple of minutes, imagine that you were an ant, your reality would be determined by the few senses you have, living almost in a two dimensional world, with smell the most important sense for you, now back to being a human, why would you ever think that you could understand what the universe actually is with your limited senses?

I didn't believe this stuff was possible until I started doing Reconnective Healing. Now I see this sort of thing all the time when I do healing sessions for people and when I've had them for myself. This is definitely an avenue of scientific exploration that needs to be explored; there does not appear to be a scientific model that can sufficiently explain the mechanism behind these phenomena.
I believe it's all connected to our energy (or other words for it; soul, chakra, aura, etc.) We humans are more than capable of controlling our energy just as we are able to control our body. We have a counciousness and therefore are able to control everything about ourselves with our brain alone. Imagine what we would be able to do if we were able to control the energy outside and inside our bodies, which is what you're seeing proof of in videos like this.

I met a guy very much like this in Taiwan in 1997, Gao Laoshi (teacher Gao). He did not do any fire stuff, nor the magnetism/moving the iron filings or whatever on the plate, but he had the really strong "electrical" kind of quality to his chi. He was a healer and spiritual guy, no martial arts training at all, but was he was only 32 years old at the time and was the only person to be classified as a "Living National Treasure" of Taiwan. I was a total skeptic. I watched him do these "healings" on people and I thought it was such a bunch of bull crap. I knew that when my turn came I wasn't going to "bug out" like everyone else did. I was going to call his bluff! Boy was I mistaken. The instant he touches you - you feel a STRONG electrical current, I was unable to control the movements of my body in reaction to his -whatever it was he was doing..and even while it was happening, I still thought it was fake! I kept looking for a device of some kind, for a power cord or some explanation. There was no device, there was no power cord and nothing hidden on his body - he wore only baggy, white silk pajamas. He was 32 years old, he looked about 16. He had a girlfriend and smoked! He said his chi could handle the smoke and purge the toxins from his body. He would not charge anything for healings at his clinic, but would accept a small donation which the Chinese called a "red envelope" where you were free to put some money in there as you like. He did this "bear hug" kind of thing from behind where he puts his solar plexus on your back and blasts you with chi for about 3 seconds. He knocked me unconscious doing this; (yes, on purpose, that was the idea) and while I was having sweet dreams - my girlfriend was freaking out watching me writhing & twitching on the floor! I woke up in about 10 seconds, feeling fully rested and wondering why I wasn't in my bed? And disoriented momentarily wondering who were these strange people around me. During that time I had no fewer than 10 dreams. They were not in sequential order like normal dreams. The all happened simultaneously. I was aware of each of them somehow separately, and layered one on top of another. I don't remember the details but in one of the dreams I was some kind of a military commander. I can't say a General, I really don't know. But Gao Laoshi said those dreams were my past lives. No idea on the veracity of that statement, I have no way to check. After this I did learn a few Qigong things from him, but sad to say, I was a bad student and didn't practice. I still know the very unique & strange breathing movements and meditations though. If I could be more disciplined maybe I could get some development with it, but it hasn't happened yet.
This was in Taichung city. I had his business card with me for many years after I came back to USA and I always meant to re-connect. But the girlfriend became my wife and then my ex-wife and her family is there, but I never did get a chance to get back there again...kids, bills, student loan debt, responsibilities get in the way of the things your heart yearns to do. pdao99 Now that I think of it, I did insist on having her videotape a class one time. I could try to convert it to digital and post it on RUclips. You would want to be fluent in Chinese to understand it. Also, back in 1996 my spoken Chinese was pretty good, but his accent was not really standard "Beijing" accent, so while I could understand my girlfriend and others who spoke "standard" I had real trouble understanding Gao Laoshi, which is why I wanted the video in the first place! So I could study his words later on. Another thing, too much of the video is of me. I kept trying to tell her to video him and not me but she didn't listen very well.

My grandfather was not a Chi master, but he did know several techniques to help with stomach, arthritis, respiratory, partial strokes, and he did do things to entertain us at home. One was that my grandfather would be able to heat water with his palms and you could see steam rise from the water. Unfortunately, I was not dedicated enough to learn what my grandfather wanted to teach me. It hurts me know that I cannot honor my grandfather's life and soul by what he wanted to pass down to me, because I was lazy, and disrespectful by being rebellious with my grandfather. Chi is real, but westerners think it's a trick or hoax, it's not. Chi is not only for Chinese, some westerners have learned Chi from Chinese chi masters, and are now teaching other westerners themselves.

The fire demonstration actually comes on old survival books. First mix potassium permanganate (used to disinfect water, found on old survival kits) with glycerin or concentrated antifreeze on a newspaper, then you make a ball and put it over more news papers just like that guy did, it will catch fire due the chemical reaction.
Tldr, this is how I (Think) it works. I'm no expert, so take it with a grain of salt. You body is capable of generating electricity and this ability is essential to your health. You've been to the museum and seen those static ball things and everyone has gotten shocked at least once. He is disposing his body of static electricity to "grounded" objects through moving his blood, containing electrolytes, to a specific part of his body. As he touches or goes near an object, his body is forcing charged particles (simply his blood) in high concentrations to an area similar to a normal person flexing. This is one aspect of chi/qi, the breaking of rocks and stuff come from practice and development of his body over time. Being called a Master doesn't mean you were born with a special ability, it means you've developed a specific trait through years of practice. (Hey, it took me 3 years, but i can do finger pushups). As someone who’s done qi gong, the answer is yes, you can do certain exercises to increase that energy, and you can develop greater sensitivity to feeling that same energy in yourself and in others, although western culture is mostly unaware it even exists, so would rather ridicule something they don’t understand.

He is originaly from my country, but he said they let him train in china for years, and that he got back," like year ago"(that would be 13-14 years ago). He was talking to us about some unimportant things, but then talked bout "chi"(or smthing like that). That you can cobtrol your body functions with it. Like not feeling pain, but we didnt buy that crap, we thought trough traning you can "dull out" pain, not control it. Then he spat some bullshit that i dint care about. And then. He said: Dont belive me, a? Wanna see something? Just dont scream. (We were in like, colosest thing would be like empty metro station). He took out a bottle of mineral water. In my country we like our mineral water and it is in thick, and i mean thick, glass bottle, its wide as cigaret(normal ones, not slims) is wide. He drinked some and then broked it on ground, took his shirt and jacket off and lied down on glass shards( there were huge pices, size of a hand). We were like wtf is wrong with you old idiot(he was mybe 40-50). Then he said to my friend to step on him and jump if he wants to, but he just walked. He got up, got few pices out of his belly and looked at us smiling. There were clear signs of prenetration and then i noticed few scars he had that i didnt notice cos i were confuzed. His belly got so fucking white then it was when he got rid of shirt (that may be other reason why i saw scars, cos they wrnt as white), but strangest part was that there were no blood. A few drops, yea, but not much, same amount u get from weak noseblood. Friend asked him why he isnt bleeding, he responded in calm voice; i aint now, but i will. Cant keep this forever. Then he was trying to continue explaining that this "chi" can help you control nerves, blood flow, mucle performance, etc. As he said, its not bout concetration and "eligtenment" but training and iron will. Then he started talking how he can do some shyt. I asked if he can put out cigar i was smoking, and he just put it out on top of his hand, got rid of ash and showed there aint marks of him putting out cig. We talked mybe for 2-3 min untill his ride was there (public transport). At end of things that aint some magic trick, we cleaned shards of glass (good citizens) they were real, and it didnt look like he had gel around his body or smthing like that. One thing we talked about laiter is that we didnt see a single hair on him. Not on chest, not on arms, no beard and no hair. but we were talking about that after he left so mybe we just didnt notice it(i mean on arms, he definetly didnt have on chest an head) cos mybe they were white. Pretty much a strange expirince for a 17years old baby.
I just want to say I stumbled onto a way to scientifically observe chi. See, covid19 is running loose and I got an oximeter to check on everyone in the family regularly (an oxygen saturation of less than 94 would be highly suspect something is going on in your lungs and possible covid). A good oximeter works to measure your oxygen saturation and pulse rate. Well my discovery is that if I do taichi qigong properly for 20min and at the end quickly put on the oximeter onto my thumb to take a reading usually something funky happens, for example seeing the O2 readings plummet like a rock before my eyes from 99 to 83 etc. It is obviously something wrong with the sensors being affected by the chi. If I take readings at other times it will always be normal even after a run! It is only after qigong that the readings go all haywire and I still can't figure out why. If you have an oximeter pls try it yourself and see.

The Qi Force is very real It is concentrated at the base of the spine and travels up and through the body following the nervous-system. It is a kind of electricity but the nature of it is difficult to define correctly - but it does have or produce similar effects that electricity does. In order to feel Qi, you have to release it from the base of the spine, and then you have to learn how to control it with thought and feeling. It is a very involved process, but everyone who is trying to debunk it or say it is fake are not aware of their truer powers.

Tummo is the ability to concentrate Qi in the lower body using Focus and Oxygen. Each time you breath in, oxygen fills your lungs and enters your bloodstream, it is distributed to the areas of your body that require that oxygen. If you are working on school project, brain needs oxygen in frontal lobes and working memory usually, if you are working on tilling land or physical activity, oxygen goes to muscles, if you are digesting food, oxygen goes to stomach and intestines. Oxygen is necessary for all energetic processes of the body, this includes Qi Generation and Storage. We must direct oxygen using focus to Lower Dantain, by concentrating oxygen and bloodflow to one area of the body, you begin to generate Qi. It is understood in ancient teachings that the use of focus displaces bloodflow to desired location. If i focus on my heart for 10 minutes, more bloodflow will go to the heart, if i focus on tips of my finger, more bloodflow will go to my finger tip. Lower Dantain is located between base of spine, through intestines, ending at where your stomach begins, it is this general area which you must focus on. You can imagine it as empty bowl, or ball of energy, or orb in this area. Look at pictures of lower dantian for reference, this will help okay? Now, you must breath above normal amount of oxygen with relaxation and focus your attention at Lower Dantian, do this over and over again for 20-30 minutes a day. Eyes open or closed doesn't matter much, easier with eyes closed so you can focus easier, nice to do it outdoors looking at landscape. Everyday you do this, eventually bloodflow and oxygen concentration will dramatically increase to this area of body, Qi begins to build and heat begins to build, when you feel heat you know you are generating Qi. When you reach certain effectiveness at this practice, it becomes possible to refocus built up Qi around spine (lower dantian) to other area of the body instantly and you can do interesting things with this, such as healing people or healing yourself. This requires discipline, you must be careful, eat light food like fruit before practice, heavy food misdirects bloodflow, food must not be in stomach and instead be inside of intestines, stomach digestion uses a lot of energy so wait for an hour after you have had some light food before you practice. I practice this, it works, i can move Qi to lower dantian producing body heat, heat up hands, increase clairvoyance, etc.

Watched a Chi student that worked with us make cigarettes or twigs flip over on the palm of his hand without any movement but through meditation and concentration, he would also take a hand size rock, turn it over and over in his hands, meditate for a minute or so then the rock would split in two. He did this several times with any rock he was handed. He was very friendly, humble, not pretentious at all and a hard worker. I was impressed.

I met a guy very much like this in Taiwan in 1997, Gao Laoshi (teacher Gao). He did not do any fire stuff, nor the magnetism/moving the iron filings or whatever on the plate, but he had the really strong "electrical" kind of quality to his chi. He was a healer and spiritual guy, no martial arts training at all, but was he was only 32 years old at the time and was the only person to be classified as a "Living National Treasure" of Taiwan.
I was a total skeptic. I watched him do these "healings" on people and I thought it was such a bunch of bull crap. I knew that when my turn came I wasn't going to "bug out" like everyone else did. I was going to call his bluff! Boy was I mistaken. The instant he touches you - you feel a STRONG electrical current, I was unable to control the movements of my body in reaction to his -whatever it was he was doing..and even while it was happening, I still thought it was fake! I kept looking for a device of some kind, for a power cord or some explanation. There was no device, there was no power cord and nothing hidden on his body - he wore only baggy, white silk pajamas.
He was 32 years old, he looked about 16. He had a girlfriend and smoked! He said his chi could handle the smoke and purge the toxins from his body. He would not charge anything for healings at his clinic, but would accept a small donation which the Chinese called a "red envelope" where you were free to put some money in there as you like.
He did this "bear hug" kind of thing from behind where he puts his solar plexus on your back and blasts you with chi for about 3 seconds. He knocked me unconscious doing this; (yes, on purpose, that was the idea) and while I was having sweet dreams - my girlfriend was freaking out watching me writhing & twitching on the floor! I woke up in about 10 seconds, feeling fully rested and wondering why I wasn't in my bed? And disoriented momentarily wondering who were these strange people around me.
During that time I had no fewer than 10 dreams. They were not in sequential order like normal dreams. The all happened simultaneously. I was aware of each of them somehow separately, and layered one on top of another. I don't remember the details but in one of the dreams I was some kind of a military commander. I can't say a General, I really don't know. But Gao Laoshi said those dreams were my past lives. No idea on the veracity of that statement, I have no way to check.
After this I did learn a few Qigong things from him, but sad to say, I was a bad student and didn't practice. I still know the very unique & strange breathing movements and meditations though. If I could be more disciplined maybe I could get some development with it, but it hasn't happened yet.

This was in Taichung city. I had his business card with me for many years after I came back to USA and I always meant to re-connect. But the girlfriend became my wife and then my ex-wife and her family is there, but I never did get a chance to get back there again...kids, bills, student loan debt, responsibilities get in the way of the things your heart yearns to do. I would imagine if you or someone you know is fully fluent in written and spoken Chinese you could look him up. My understanding is that he is the only person to be "certified" as a "Living National Treasure" of Taiwan.
pdao99 Now that I think of it, I did insist on having her videotape a class one time. I could try to convert it to digital and post it on RUclips. You would want to be fluent in Chinese to understand it. Also, back in 1996 my spoken Chinese was pretty good, but his accent was not really standard "Beijing" accent, so while I could understand my girlfriend and others who spoke "standard" I had real trouble understanding Gao Laoshi, which is why I wanted the video in the first place! So I could study his words later on. Another thing, too much of the video is of me. I kept trying to tell her to video him and not me but she didn't listen very well.

My grandfather was not a Chi master, but he did know several techniques to help with stomach, arthritis, respiratory, partial strokes, and he did do things to entertain us at home. One was that my grandfather would be able to heat water with his palms and you could see steam rise from the water. Unfortunately, I was not dedicated enough to learn what my grandfather wanted to teach me. It hurts me know that I cannot honor my grandfather's life and soul by what he wanted to pass down to me, because I was lazy, and disrespectful by being rebellious with my grandfather. Chi is real, but westerners think it's a trick or hoax, it's not. Chi is not only for Chinese, some westerners have learned Chi from Chinese chi masters, and are now teaching other westerners themselves.

Tldr, this is how I (Think) it works. I'm no expert, so take it with a grain of salt. You body is capable of generating electricity and this ability is essential to your health. You've been to the museum and seen those static ball things and everyone has gotten shocked at least once. He is disposing his body of static electricity to "grounded" objects through moving his blood, containing electrolytes, to a specific part of his body. As he touches or goes near an object, his body is forcing charged particles (simply his blood) in high concentrations to an area similar to a normal person flexing. This is one aspect of chi/qi, the breaking of rocks and stuff come from practice and development of his body over time. Being called a Master doesn't mean you were born with a special ability, it means you've developed a specific trait through years of practice. (Hey, it took me 3 years, but i can do finger pushups). So this isn't impossible, just discredited due to a lack of understanding. Comment for more info lol.

As someone who’s done qi gong, the answer is yes, you can do certain exercises to increase that energy, and you can develop greater sensitivity to feeling that same energy in yourself and in others, although western culture is mostly unaware it even exists, so would rather ridicule something they don’t understand.

This is crap, but i remember this one dude i met in my country. He is originaly from my country, but he said they let him train in china for years, and that he got back," like year ago"(that would be 13-14 years ago). He was talking to us about some unimportant things, but then talked bout "chi"(or smthing like that). That you can cobtrol your body functions with it. Like not feeling pain, but we didnt buy that crap, we thought trough traning you can "dull out" pain, not control it. Then he spat some bullshit that i dint care about. And then. He said: Dont belive me, a? Wanna see something? Just dont scream. (We were in like, colosest thing would be like empty metro station). He took out a bottle of mineral water. In my country we like our mineral water and it is in thick, and i mean thick, glass bottle, its wide as cigaret(normal ones, not slims) is wide. He drinked some and then broked it on ground, took his shirt and jacket off and lied down on glass shards( there were huge pices, size of a hand). We were like wtf is wrong with you old idiot(he was mybe 40-50). Then he said to my friend to step on him and jump if he wants to, but he just walked. He got up, got few pices out of his belly and looked at us smiling. There were clear signs of prenetration and then i noticed few scars he had that i didnt notice cos i were confuzed. His belly got so fucking white then it was when he got rid of shirt (that may be other reason why i saw scars, cos they wrnt as white), but strangest part was that there were no blood. A few drops, yea, but not much, same amount u get from weak noseblood. Friend asked him why he isnt bleeding, he responded in calm voice; i aint now, but i will. Cant keep this forever. Then he was trying to continue explaining that this "chi" can help you control nerves, blood flow, mucle performance, etc. As he said, its not bout concetration and "eligtenment" but training and iron will. Then he started talking how he can do some shyt. I asked if he can put out cigar i was smoking, and he just put it out on top of his hand, got rid of ash and showed there aint marks of him putting out cig. We talked mybe for 2-3 min untill his ride was there (public transport).
At end of things that aint some magic trick, we cleaned shards of glass (good citizens) they were real, and it didnt look like he had gel around his body or smthing like that. One thing we talked about laiter is that we didnt see a single hair on him. Not on chest, not on arms, no beard and no hair. but we were talking about that after he left so mybe we just didnt notice it(i mean on arms, he definetly didnt have on chest an head) cos mybe they were white.

I just want to say I stumbled onto a way to scientifically observe chi. See, covid19 is running loose and I got an oximeter to check on everyone in the family regularly (an oxygen saturation of less than 94 would be highly suspect something is going on in your lungs and possible covid). A good oximeter works to measure your oxygen saturation and pulse rate. Well my discovery is that if I do taichi qigong properly for 20min and at the end quickly put on the oximeter onto my thumb to take a reading usually something funky happens, for example seeing the O2 readings plummet like a rock before my eyes from 99 to 83 etc. It is obviously something wrong with the sensors being affected by the chi. If I take readings at other times it will always be normal even after a run! It is only after qigong that the readings go all haywire and I still can't figure out why. If you have an oximeter pls try it yourself and see.

The Qi Force is very real
It is concentrated at the base of the spine and travels up and through the body following the nervous-system. It is a kind of electricity but the nature of it is difficult to define correctly - but it does have or produce similar effects that electricity does.
In order to feel Qi, you have to release it from the base of the spine, and then you have to learn how to control it with thought and feeling.
It is a very involved process, but everyone who is trying to debunk it or say it is fake are not aware of their truer powers.
How do you release it from the base of the spine?

Qi is hidden in the body not because of some special mystical reason, but instead, because it is produced in small amounts usually for cognitive activities such as thinking, when you think of a cat making pancakes, you use a little bit of Qi for this. We use a little bit of Qi for all things cognitive usually.
To detect Qi, you must practice low dantian breathing, in Tibet it is called Tummo. Tummo is the ability to concentrate Qi in the lower body using Focus and Oxygen. Each time you breath in, oxygen fills your lungs and enters your bloodstream, it is distributed to the areas of your body that require that oxygen. If you are working on school project, brain needs oxygen in frontal lobes and working memory usually, if you are working on tilling land or physical activity, oxygen goes to muscles, if you are digesting food, oxygen goes to stomach and intestines.
Oxygen is necessary for all energetic processes of the body, this includes Qi Generation and Storage. We must direct oxygen using focus to Lower Dantain, by concentrating oxygen and bloodflow to one area of the body, you begin to generate Qi. It is understood in ancient teachings that the use of focus displaces bloodflow to desired location. If i focus on my heart for 10 minutes, more bloodflow will go to the heart, if i focus on tips of my finger, more bloodflow will go to my finger tip.
Lower Dantain is located between base of spine, through intestines, ending at where your stomach begins, it is this general area which you must focus on. You can imagine it as empty bowl, or ball of energy, or orb in this area. Look at pictures of lower dantian for reference, this will help okay? Now, you must breath above normal amount of oxygen with relaxation and focus your attention at Lower Dantian, do this over and over again for 20-30 minutes a day. Eyes open or closed doesn't matter much, easier with eyes closed so you can focus easier, nice to do it outdoors looking at landscape.
Everyday you do this, eventually bloodflow and oxygen concentration will dramatically increase to this area of body, Qi begins to build and heat begins to build, when you feel heat you know you are generating Qi. When you reach certain effectiveness at this practice, it becomes possible to refocus built up Qi around spine (lower dantian) to other area of the body instantly and you can do interesting things with this, such as healing people or healing yourself.
This requires discipline, you must be careful, eat light food like fruit before practice, heavy food misdirects bloodflow, food must not be in stomach and instead be inside of intestines, stomach digestion uses a lot of energy so wait for an hour after you have had some light food before you practice. I practice this, it works, i can move Qi to lower dantian producing body heat, heat up hands, increase clairvoyance, etc.

Watched a Chi student that worked with us make cigarettes or twigs flip over on the palm of his hand without any movement but through meditation and concentration, he would also take a hand size rock, turn it over and over in his hands, meditate for a minute or so then the rock would split in two. He did this several times with any rock he was handed. He was very friendly, humble, not pretentious at all and a hard worker. I was impressed.
