Why Did They Push this Lamborghini Veneno Roadster?

- I can't think of a logical explanation as to why they pushed this Veneno Roadster around during the exotic car meet at the Shanghai Circuit. Does having the car in neutral avoid putting miles on the car?
If you look at 3:30 there are 200+ kilometers on the car and there is enough fuel in the tank as well. Clearly this is not some sort of shell/non-working pre-production car.
Anyways, I'd like to hear some of your explanations or theories as to why they did this. Still really cool that it showed up though!

There's also the possibility of something in the insurance statement voiding insurance if they drive it on a track. Just a possibility, especially with such a high value vehicle.
Yea coz if the vehicle doesn't have the track permission or licence then it can't be driven on the track.
The fact that they pushed it for what a quarter to half mile at most in total makes me believe it wasnt in order to keep the mileage low. If that was the reason thats arguable sadder than the vision gt struggling for 5 minutes to get up a 1 foot incline

I put Ceramic Pro 9H on my car and the shine is amazing. On a normal car if yiu get scuffs yiu can't buff them out but on 9H you can buff out 90% of the scratches or make them visible because it's a liquid glass compound. You can buy them on aliexpress.com but make sure you know what you're buying as the concentration of real 9H is super thick and learn how to apply it on your car before attempting this application.

Yeah, he probably pampers the car and just ship it around the world for events but not used to drive at all on the track to put any miles on the car. That's what some collectors do they want their car least driven as much as possible.

Hmmm.. could be because there isn't actually an engine in the thing. At Salon Privé what we all thought was a Lamborghini Centenario was actually a dummy with no engine. Caught it on video as the car was being pushed to be packed away after the event. I was basically asked to stop filming and asked not to post on social media. I was told I would be in deep hell if I posted according to one of the managers. Anyone had a similar experience?

There was an orange Veyron Vitesse on display the car was a press car. It already had a million photos of it online yet the salesman made me sign a waiver saying I wouldn't post anything until a certain date. I went back two days later with TheeccentricM (youtuber) and they didn't say shit lol

It's not registered to drive in China and as it was only in the country for promo they weren't allowed to start it up in an outside public area. Rules are different to anywhere else in the world...

It's a working car. It's the same one Marchettino had a ride in at the Paul Ricard circuit ages ago. Perhaps to keep the miles down to maintain its value and not put any strain on the components

It's because if they started it they'd have to let it run for at least half an hour and drive it for some time to ensure best conditions for all components, which, understandably, they didn't bother doing for 1/4 mile.
It just only have 60km of fuel left for the race (maybe). they push the car so that the car doesn't lost any mile of fuel.

Even if a car is on neutral it will add miles to the car no matter what. That's like saying "if you drive a car in reverse, your miles will roll back." The reason why these idiots didn't realize that cause they didn't push the car for a mile.
Maybe they didn't want to turn on the car for this short period of time and making it heat up just to immediately shut it down again?
Could the power steering line be damaged or ripped? Turning the car might result in fluids shooting all over the engine bay? Or no money left to buy gas after 3.5 million purchase?
Ashy Gee Power steering doesn't work if the engine isn't running. The pump is driven by the engine via a belt and pully.

Maybe cos the car was fast and it could've hit summat when it was driving cos of the how fast it is or summat messed up so it could of had an impact to the engine for some reason, but i guess we will never know unless the owner or someone who was pushing the or somebody else may know the reason to why it was pushed and not driven so yea.
