I think this series more than any other demonstrates Woolie's total lack of ability of comprehending 3d space in a video game, like not understanding how cars work or how to cross a street without getting hit by a car
This is the most Canadian LP they did because there's endless cases of them syaing stuff like "cops cant just shoot someone in the back" and "youre not even a police officer, why do you have a gun"
@@ebreshea California had very commonplace gun ownership before the Reagan governorship when the Mulford Act banned open carrying in the state and laid the way for other laws in the next few decades.

Glad I’m not the only one who’s still nostalgic for these good ol days. What was the biggest bummer of all is they broke up right before I went to bootcamp, I was hoping to come back and have a bunch of episodes to go through!Oh well, life goes on, at least we still have Castle Super Beast.(Thanks for making this for all of us to enjoy.)
Lol I thought this was going to be a slimmed down version to differentiate itself from the other LA Noire compilation, but you just went "Haha, no you f**ks here's over 4 hours of effort and it's part 1!" You're crazy in the best way.
Easily one of the best Best Friends LP. Anyone interested, Peach Saliva has been doing a La Noire playthrough with Pat. They started awhile back, but it went on hold cause Paige & Pat had their first baby (congrats!). They just restarted the playthrough this week.
2:40:52 I'll never forget this case, the crew just straight failing with the Molester guy on like, every question, to then get mad that he was the convict instead of the father made me super mad. They just straight up forgot that they failed multiple times with him.
Top notch editing in this one. The focus on that one suspect who was just not moving at all while the boys were going on and on about means, motive, and opportunity was masterful
This LP was always a weird one to watch or more so have on in the background while I worked (brain half listening half not) cuz with my name being Cole, i kept forgetting and whenever they bring up Cole in game i'd go "....wait I did what now?" lol
This playthrough and Yakuza 0 are probably my favorite LPs they did. Bloodborne and DS3 are up there, too, despite those LPs being... interesting to put it lightly. Anyway, thanks for the comp I appreciate you!
I often rewatch compilations and the playthrough of this game. Always loved when all 3 would do a series because whoever wasn't playing would just throw out insanely hilarious scenarios sometimes pertaining to game sometimes not 😂

Man, this is always gonna bring back memories; I know they have their own channel and that's what they want to be doing, but this dynamic is impossible to beat for me, they really bounced off each other in a way that's hard to recapture. I think Woolie and Reggie/Minh is a good combo, but I can barely watch Pat's stuff anymore. Matt is doing his own thing, but it's not LPs
You gotta love two white Canadians and a black guy who is quoted as saying "it's fine to say the n-word as long as it's funny" and "only stupid people commit crimes" just unmasking their intense middle-class racism for twelve hours on end At least Liam "Unironically said the n-word on the podcast and constantly makes jokes about black people stealing VCRs" Allen-Miller wasn't here to add his unique brand of anti-chinese racism, with such quotes as "I just hate how that entire language sounds" and "This demonstrates the Chinese lack of creativity"
@@moustacheskeleton3808what’s important is everyone from the squad and the comment section understands jokes. But you can focus on racism since that’s what POPs out to ya.
Matt and Pat just aren’t friends any more. They decided to end the channel before they really hated each other, because that would have just made everything miserable. They’re both still friends with Woolie though.
@@tallake1112 Are they? Because it's clear with Pat that's the case. But I'm unaware of how long its been since Woolie interacted with Matt in a way we're aware of. Granted I don't follow them like I used to. But I remember people asking that question in recent years.
@@Gungho73well I honestly don’t know. I genuinely thought Matt and Woolie were still friends when I wrote that comment, and I still think they probably are, but it’s hard to know for sure. Pat and Mat making fun of Woolie for several hours was such a highlight

My favorite quote is any time something super racist or sexist happens and Woolie just does his sigh and both Matt and Pat laugh in response.

The absolute best quotes came from this LP
I love seeing what bits are edited the same between this and the old 4 part compilation. The slow zoom in on McCaffery is goated.
