Puqpress pistons come standard at 58.3mm because this size fits universally in all 58-58.55mm portafilters/baskets. An actual 58mm piston, or anything larger, would be a special order but that's not recommended.
It's true that you would need to stay diligent in wiping down the machine if you don't want coffee stains to show as the white doesn't hide those as easily as black would.

@@primacoffeeequipment White is a suprisingly difficult colour to get right, especially where plastics are concerned.
