@@jjsmith4829 However, I also have my doubts, because in fact the palate of most Americans is too ruined to be able to taste the true taste of delicious and genuine things. They are too used to eating certain foods, their palate is perhaps a little too American and perhaps many of them would hardly change their habits. We have also often seen the fact that their palate is a too American when certain Italian dishes have arrived in America and Americans have made versions all in only the name remained Italian, but the dishes changed completely own way. They have practically "Americanized" certain dishes which no longer have anything to do with the original and authentic Italian dish. Only the name remained Italian, but the dishes changed completely.

Hi Andy, loved this video and the Rome one! Just came back from a trip in florence and rome. I tried loads of your recommendations in both cities and was not disappointed. Zazas was a strong contender but Osteria da fortuna took the top spot. I had both dishes you tried there and it was the best pasta I’ve ever had. Bonci was also awesome pizza. Thanks for the videos. you must try bread with salsiccia toscana uncooked. We are the only that we eat pork uncooked, but it the best flavour you must try!

@@YangYummm Everything looked scrumptious except for the intestine sandwich and the The steak looked raw. I personally like my steaks medium well lol That burrata cheese looked so yummy on that pizza! All the pasta dishes looked delicious. Your wife is adorable. Over all great video.

That is the correct way to eat a fiorentina steak. The meat is very lean so going above rare level would make it extremely chewy. @@girlywhirly4971
