My sincere request to all the expectant mothers here is that please be doubly cautious in your third trimester. Especially, don’t try anything new without your obstetrician’s advice. I delivered my baby on my 30th week. Without knowing that the water leak is nothing but amniotic fluid I was squatting to pickup wet clothes to dry on the stand deliberately. I thought bending and standing would be beneficial for normal delivery. This was when the water broke all of a sudden and mistook it as urine due to elevated blood sugar levels. I was waiting for my husband to arrive and I was doing foolish work without knowing what actually happened. Water level dropped to 5 cm at the time of delivery. By God’s grace, my girl arrived safely to this world. Both of us are doing well now.
It's doubtful that this happened due to your body movement. It's not your fault, unless the doctor told you specifically to keep bedrest. Some babies are meant to be born early, it's all in God's hands, no matter how much the mother tries her best ❤❤❤ very happy to hear you're well
Please take doctor suggestion.. nowadays too many complications in pregnancies .. whether it's normal or c section .. just focus on completing successful pregnancy and healthy baby ..... just a 30 min to 1 hour walk after your 8ths month would help
Yes true, my mother in law used to force me to sit and do mopping of my complete 2BHK house daily during pregnancy justification was given like i will have normal delivery ..and I used to feel helpless and had no option ...I told my husband and he said don't make noise and do what my mother says ...I dared to ask this to my doctor in front of my husband and the doctor laughed telling who made this theory ...I was relaxed ...but I later got a very good treatment at home from my husband and in-laws ... I will never forget the treatment I was given ...opening my mouth turned into a nightmare
Also first time mothers will not know what complications they have untill something happens... so please don't follow such things blindly .. that too she mentioned to follow since beginning of pregnancy.. it us really risky .. I did squats only when I was admitted in hospital was almost on rest during pregnancy and 30 mins walk since mid of 8th month had super easy normal delivery
in my second pregnancy the child 's weight was less..so the Dr told only induced labour can be achieved..I did squats..super normal labor delivery I achieved
I have 2 kids My elder son was waiving 4kg and my daughter was waiving 3.8kg.I never did squats or walking since I used to feel very tired.I was almost in a bed rest but I had normal delivery more than anything trust yourself and listen to your doctor.
I agree .... no one can stop if yours going to happen normal ... if you have good contractions and all .. no doctor suggest c section..I was also at home whole pregnancy due to previous complications didn't do any walk or physical work... mine was sitting job wfh ... I started walk in 8th month that was bad decision..within a month my water broke and I had normal delivery almost two weeks early .. baby was in NICU for 8 days thank fully her weight was good
Yes squatting helps for normal delivery, I did it till 7th month. After 8 th month, just bending down itself was too difficult for me. Walking always helps.
@@AnbumalarRamalingam-l5e no.please don't do it. It helps in normal delivery but it may result in premature birth. I think what she adviced is right.try only after 8th month.

Not advisable for pregnancy with complications that too in case of low foetal attachment in uterus. Can cause bleeding. Check with your doctor. Just focus on pregnancy. Not on delivery method. Its okay to C section. But we want the baby to be safe and delivered after full term. She is not a doctor too.
yes, evarikithe pain thattukune energy untundo vaariki ela aiena normal avuthundhi, Nenu na second pregnancy appudu complete rest because of low lying placenta... suceesfull ga normal aiendhi
Yes, my gynaecologist, who is famous in my hometown for normal deliveries recommended me this from my 8th month onwards apart from poocha and walking up and down the stairs. Indian toilets are the best for our overall health and this I learnt at 40+. They are the best! Believe me be in constipation, natural birth, and other reproductive organ health, this is the best practice. Our ancestors can't go wrong!
I used to do light yoga, and the one shown in their video right from beginning of my pregnancy. I did yoga from 7 years before that, so may be it was easy for me. Till last day of delivery I have done it without any issues. I had an induced labour because my daughter was not ready to come out even after 41 weeks. 😂 had a normal delivery. Even during active labour, some similar exercises nurse asked me to do. That helped to relax my muscles in a better way. Btw, my daughter weighed 3.6kg. Not a small baby for sure. But not too huge like over 4kg and all. May be because of that the labour was not complicated.
Just do whatever your body allows you to do. Every body and every pregnancy is different. I could exercise and do squats in early stages but now after 7 months, only walking helps. Everything else gives immense pressure on pelvis so listen to your body at all times
Please be cautious with this as a friend of minenin 9th month she used indian toilet and imediately water broke and was sent to c section delivery as she was not dilated and water had broke please follow ur instincts as u r the expert of your body, irrespective of suggestions
That's not happened due to squat! That's not. All that some babies get born earlier. No matter if women move of not. The sqaut is a verygood practice in yoga therapy for last trimester, for women with normal. Healthy pregnancy ❤
Squats do increase intra abdominal pressure.. both thighs do press against sides of abdomen...especially if someone is not used to indian toilet.. suddenly starting new methods might put you into trouble... If you are frequently using Indian toilet before pregnancy and had been continuing throughout pregnancy then it must be a great option... Otherwise it is a new posture to which you aren't adapted.. then it might cause issues.. . so if there is some complication which we might not be aware of... We might be paving way to preterm labour.. I have personally known 3 such cases .. patient went into preterm labour after using Indian toilet all of a sudden during the 3rd trimester .. And doctors r not saints .. even they can't foresee everything.. Myself being a doctor.. I have to admit it.. All ladies out there.. have daily 30mins walking.. stay active.. do the butterfly exercise..keigels exercise... basic yoga exercises.. stay calm..always be on the safer side..pray for healthy baby.. dont worry too much about CS/ normal delivery.. things will come its way
True. Even my doctor suggested the same. And along with this, also butterfly, duck walk, normal walk for 1 hour, squats, cow pose etc. And i had a normal delivery
I did 5 squats, steps climbing, morning half hour and evng half hour walk everyday when I was 8 mnths pregnant... I didn't do any house chores or walking till my 7 mnths..... Bt I had normal delivery..... delivery It's totally depends upon our body health and we had the difficulties which we face during pregnancy time.... I personally don't have any difficulties in pregnancy...the only difficulty is I couldn't walk atleast a single step when I was 9 mnths pregnant...... After delivery it became normal.... Follow ur Dr suggestion... Every pregnancy and delivery is unique
These squats i tried but no use. I had c section. Infact i walked for half an hr daily wo fail plus some physiotherapy. No pain came. So it all depends on ur basic body condition. Not necessarily that those who does lots of yoga or physical excercise will have normal delivery and those who don't do anything will have c section. Just live happily!!!
