The point that I didn't really get is : how you chose the value of the threshold ? Is it like feeling or shall I find a point where the "S" is very low ?

Is it bad to use a de-esser on a full vocal even if there isnt any sibilance in it? Or like, not sure if i hear any sibilance but i will use an de-esser "just to be sure"
