I appreciate this video. I understand policy/procedure a bit different: Policy is the small book (hopefully) and should NOT change. Procedure is the big book, is more flexible and provides the normal directions for a given situation.
I hear what you’re saying but you have yet to provide a biblical basis for boards when the NT is perfectly clear that you have a small government, pastors and deacons. That’s it. Why does man insist on complicating the church.
