hi, it won't be mango float if not mangoes but you may opt to use peach. we love to combine peach and mango as their consistency and texture and taste complements. Filipino here! :)
@@UnitedCuisines hi, another way to make this, is you add some blended ripe mangoes with cream mix because sometimes yellow mangoes still have a bit of sour taste even if it looks ripe and if you just put ripe mango in between layers of cream there might be imbalance of sweetness of cream and tangy taste of mango. but if you blend some ripe mango with cream mixture, then there's fluidity of taste of mango from fruit to the cream. and graham crumbs should not be too thick just like how you make cheesecakes.. you do not want the crust to be thick. enjoy! :)

I'd imagine anything sweet with a similar consistency to ripe mango should work. Nothing comes to my mind, though 😳😅
