This whole time I’ve been replacing fill valves and flappers for $35. And drawer guides for $15. No wonder why I’m no longer in business lol.
I showed my wife how to change the brake discs and shoes on the truck. Her response... "Thats it? That was easy!" Then I told her to call her favorite garage and ask how much it would be. So she did and came unglued at what they were going to charge her. After that we started fixing things ourselves like I wanted to do in the first place. Most of the things that break around the house you can watch a RUclips video and learn how to fix. You've got a great gig, bro. Keep on making that money. Also those cookie cutter houses aren't worth 1/2 the price they charge new owners.
yes ..you can watch a you tube videos but alot of people are just way to busy or just don't want to be bothered
Actually those houses are worth what someone is willing to pay for it. That's how the real world works.
These are the types of vids that drive me to your channel. I used to be a handyman and I enjoy watching a day in the life type videos. Keep up the great work.
Good for you bro! I do similar projects on my free time. Amazes me how many home owners can't comprehend a little common sense or even motivation. I do mostly Staining and that primarily only consists of motivation,5% skill. People don't want to do shit anymore. Pay us baby. We HUNGRY! Keep it up man. I love it. No complaints. PS to the comment on not putting a new door key into the handle. They obviously didn't want it. We only do what we're told to do.
You described just about every new neighborhood built in Southern California. Where I live in Corona, every neighborhood is built just like that one... 4 plans, 3 elevations each... HOA has the palette of colors permitted, etc... all built with the cheapest materials... with a Home Depot and Lowes right down the street. A handyman's paradise LOL.
And nobody is capable of doing there own work..A gift that keeps on giving..
Brian, yep, you're so right. Welcome to the Land of "Builder Standard" (a euphemism for the cheapest stuff the builder-contractor could get by with so long as it looks OK).
Brian Catalano
Many New subdivisions -
Where substandard is a specification
You said tens of thousands..there are 40 million in the state. LA alone is almost 4 million...Everyone wants a piece of the pie and most people don't know jack about how their homes were built..in any state.
Ha, literally just had the ice maker line split on our fridge 3 hours ago while my wife was pulling it out to clean! After a few gallons sprayed all over the kitchen she got is pinched off (I was at home depot!). I did what you suggested to the owner and replaced the entire line. I used a braided stainless kit that was a whopping $3 more than the silly poly line! Why people, why?! Enjoyed seeing someone working other than me today! haha Thanks for the video brother. Cheers.
This is common in fridges apparently, they make it so it fails.
funny this guy does one small job and wants to post it all over youtube .
Fellow Handyman here. Good way to go about your business. I concur that the customer only wants to know the bottom line. Some are willing to pay by the hour others just want know how much to write the check for. I'm also amazed at how many seemingly "SIMPLE" jobs are so over the head of many people. I will subscribe and thank you for standing up for all of your fellow Handymen out here.
I have had a handyman business for about 6 years now. It's a good hustle and it's as good as you make it. I keep my schedule at about medium capacity so as not to get burned out but I like the challenges and finally am making what I'm worth. Great video.
Just came across this video and your channel, very interesting to follow you along for a full day of work. Seems like such a cool job. Love fixing stuff myself haha
$200 for 40mins, most muggers charge less, criminal!!!!!
gwelamela mela your paying for his experience and knowledge to fix your shit. Same thing why you go to school to get a degree in some sort of knowledge and to make more money for that knowledge you learned and degree you earned.
That’s an awesome work day! Easy jobs spectacular pay! Thanks for sharing.
none of what he did is "easy"......absolutely the worse words to come out of any contractors mouth....easy and simple means''cheap'' to those saying it....if it was easy anyone could do it and very few can do it correctly...i have always been amazed at how someone who has multiple skills can be considered by the general population as less skilled than someone who can only do one thing...be it well or not...i charge $85.00 per hour and if that seems too much then adios muchacho....and i am still trying to learn sign language...hand gestures telling me the problem...lol
Enjoy everything you do, I would love to see another ride along with the Handyman!! Thanks for all the great content, GOOD BYE! 👍😎🌵John AZ
Definitely keep doing these videos, this is just the type of different thing ppl seem to love watching on RUclips. Focus on describing more of what the jobs are at each job site along with short and simple how to’s combined with your personality i think this channel has some great potential. Keep it up
6:10 I can just see a video in the future that you even blur out your face 😂
My toilet has one of those types of flusher mechanisms. Very functional, except for the time that the tube came out of that pipe and started spraying water all over my bathroom after I flushed it... in hindsight I probably should have shut off the water before I took the lid off, but panic makes you do awesome things.
🤣🤣👍
Reminds me of when my girlfriend at the times toilet started to overflow & the toilet flushing handle was stuck in the downward position.. before i could say dont panic and just shut the water off. she picked up the toilet lid and immediately accidentally dropped it. Well it fell through her toilet bowl. She needed a whole new toilet after that. LOL
3rd gen Carpenter myself Started my own handyman business so it’s good to see someone else putting up some videos on how we take care of things. Good work and keep on keeping on! 👍My wife has been telling me I should shoot videos doing the same thing but it’s a pain to try and record everything while you work in someone’s house. Especially while they watch. 😆
Man, you are a encyclopedia book of knowledge. Thanks for the videos that take time to make. Appreciate all you do.
I love a good episode of "bring your camera to work day."
ALWAYS replace the supply line from the shut off to stainless if poly reinforced plastic. This part has the same water and water shock passing through the rebuild kit. Its great insurance at $9 and billed back to the customer. One water insurance claim is devastating can cancel your insurance. The existing gasket is the weakest point and conformed to the previous tower. Sleep better at night.
It's actually smart that he didn't. He can come back in the future and install the stainless for another $200 after they fix the floor
Or use an O ring.
I was thinking this while watching. It happened on a job I did years ago. I replaced the tank to bowl bolts/gasket and tank guts but not the supply line, 3 weeks later the plastic connector at the bottom of the tank split flooding half the house. Luckily single story and tile/carpet and customer was home to shut it down. I don’t hesitate to replace the line on every tank service now.
Gotta show these videos to my husband. They will be an inspiration. He's trying to decide on a different job. He can do everything you are doing in your videos, so maybe he should be a handy man too. Blessings ❤
Great insight into 'A day in the life of'. I'm all for it. It really gives the whole picture of what goes into your work. Also easy/extra content for your channel.
Looking forward to more HM101!
Yes, day in the life with money, customer issues, and the daily ups/downs. Thank You
3:25 when he discovered how to extend the fill valve 😂😂🤣🤣
I use a canvas drop cloth on every single job. It’s a good practice and will convey a certain level of professionalism. It takes away some of the homeowners concerns and they can see that i care about their property and that I pay attention to details. It’s a great space to lay out my tools and create some of ‘my space’ that people, kids and pets usually stay away from. It’s all about exceeding the owners expectations. Even if the floor is dirty already... sometimes the tarp keeps me off of their dirt!
As a 20 year old self contractor I find your videos very informative and interesting. I will be posting some videos of my work soon!
This is the same job I job I do here in the UK. I do letting agents jobs and private rental jobs. It's great money and always different. I love it. Great work keep it up sir.
I’m looking to ramp up my own business in a few months. Many new homes are built with the cheapest materials and mechanicals the builder can find. It means there will always be work.
Congratulations body, way to go! I'm happy for you, I'm a contractor with 20 yrs experience in remodeling and it's so hard for me to make $1000 a day. But watching your video make me realize that the small jobs some time can be more profitable than the big jobs and I'm glad that you find a way, I wish you the best, I may consider following your steps.
As a tip... check on investing some of your hard working dollars on your retirement... Roth IRA or SEP from vanguard retirement plans are great to build wealth.
I loved it! It brought back many memories to this retired electrician/handyman. Keep it up.
I think it's nap time now... ;)
This youtube channel taught me how to make this kind of money every day. ruclips.net/video/yJYYSdvE1Ig/видео.html
You are over charging by 80 percent if you make that much.
Bet that was a big plus having all that room to work on the toilet
dude please tell me how you managed to get $200 from the door bolt job.not for nothen but from what I've seen you just tightened some screws..i mean kudos to you making that $$ I realize you have to drive out there to the job..but damn brother. lol I wish I had customers like that .I'm been in the handyman game for 5years part time if I could do a grand a day is be as happy as a pic in shit lol...keep up the good work and good luck to you
You might be interested in tomorrows video. It goes into some detail on how I bid every job at $1000 a day plus materials.
@@danpettis1675 Especially when you're paid to not even bother to fix stuff! I definitely have to up my game.

I love these types of videos. I would love then more with more details about pricing :)
I enjoyed your video. It was entertaining. I am a fairly new DIY'er, maybe 3 years or so. I've flipped two homes while living in them. During that time, I experienced everything you did in these videos at least once. Maybe when I retire from the Air Force in 5 years, I will start a contractor business. My wife and I love to remodel homes and I love to buy new tools. Thanks for the video!!
I love all your videos. Struggles and real-ness make it enjoyable and relatable.
I once drove across town, about 45 min one way because a guy called and said the power in his kitchen went out. The toaster, coffee maker, micro, etc stopped working. I went in there and pushed the reset button on the GFCI plug, and in an instant, I was a superhero to them. They paid me $200 for that. A lot of men nowadays have no clue HOW to be men, they're too busy getting their nails done and massaging their feet
Have you ever had your feet massaged?
If every men knew how to be men, you would be out of a job. So you should be happy that they exist to pay your bills.
How does it make you feel when you ripped them off for $200 bucks? Fifty bucks for your time would have been a nice gesture, but $200.00 Sheesh!!
@@Chooch1614 right he charged them for they're ignorance, which is evil this is why Jesus has to return to rid the eartch of people like this.
@@lotto5742 Suprising how many people don't get this. That said, that's probably why they're stuck in labouring positions, or doing some shit like foundations, framing, or roofing.
I think it’s a good idea to do these kinds of videos from time to time.
I like your demographic target approach. The best customers are those who make good money, don’t have a clue how to do basic repairs, and perhaps most importantly, VALUE the fact that you can be counted upon to look after the problem. Nothing wrong with that.
Good job! I always enjoy the act of a finished job in my rear view and always cherish driving by jobs that I did.. Keep those customers happy!
do those people call you to tie their shoes aswell? cuz everything in this video should be common sense to any male over the age of 16.
Hi Cole, These are all investment rental properties that are managed by a property management company. Most my customers can do the work but they value their free time more then the money they pay me. The more wealthy you are the more you are willing to pay to have free time.
If it's managed by a property management company, the owner might live out of state, it could be a property that is a part of a real estate portfolio owned by multiple investors, or it could be owned as part of a self directed IRA where you are prohibited from working on the property.
Where I live people don't even clean their house they hire maids.. Hell they don't even cook much less fix anything that is what their money is for... LOL
Your load is heavy!
you would be shocked at some of the calls i recieve from customers ..i love it
I can't believe I watched you ride around fixing things. good job.
I started helping my grandpa at 14 when we decided to start posting handyman ads. He was bored at home so we started doing random jobs for fun. We started using hand saws to cut everything and now im 22 and weve had to build 2 sheds to house all our tools now. Its great knowing all the little details of a house and appreciating the work and knowing weve been able to provide quality work since many of our calls are referrals.
Your video really flows well as a result of the cinematography, dialog and editing (including the fast forward through the boring parts). Thanks so much for the extra effort.
Love this!! Still the best videos on RUclips
Very nicely blogged, not boring and I stayed to the end, but psychologically if you Lysol clean the inside and out it speaks volumes more to the ladies and they will be that much more impressed and refer you just that much more. I know it sounds wierd but it’s all in their heads that you have done a better job then anyone could have😃🤘
Rick Jones yea I use Fabuloso on clean up where ever I work at they often ask what I did to make it smell so nice.
Says, went home to see my wife, then smiles! "Afternoon delight" lol love the vids man!
You inspired me to make the leap and start my own handyman business about 2 months ago. great content. Keep it up.
Being a handyman is great and all, just make sure you have liability insurance. Do some work on a toilet and it leaks while the homeowner is away all day and causes 15k in damages, that 1k wont mean shit lol
Truth!
Liability insurance is 450 a year, peanuts to make 1k a day.
You should start doing more of these!
I have a few already filmed. I'm going to film a $1200 day this Thursday. I looked at the job today. The repairs are more involved then the ones in this video.
I never learned how to do really any handyman things around the house. So this was very educational, thank you.
I have lived in an area where a handyman work like this brings this kind of money. Atlanta area budy people that work all thr time and need help and payment isnt an issue. Its great! Makes me wanna start a handyman co. Again where i live now. Seems like a good market . Fla. Keys . Keep up the good work and prosper !!
That’s cool, around $84 / hr. for a 12 hr day. Not bad, keep up the AWESOME WORK.
Thanks..new sub...
Great video boss..
LOL @ 4:15 "YES!" Exactly how I feel when I do something around the house and it works. Good feeling. Happens few and far between.
All becomes clear. After re viewing your video. That the fixing bracket at the back is a separate component. 65 years old; and still learning !!! Thanks for the video and good luck mate!!
Good for you man!
I met people in my life that cannot even screw a lightbulb.
I've actually been paid to do exactly that.
WE need one here -my sister has some that needs a handyman. your good.
Right dude has shit finger before he goes home to his wife.
Keep doing it the way you've been doing it. Like the comments while driving around. Like the discussion about what to look for in a potential flip property. Great manner. Enjoyable to listen.
Thank you sir, I'm happy you've decided to share your honest days work. It was helpful especially the refrigerator "short" water line.
I've been in the home repair/maintenance/remodeling business for 30+ years. Some days are all easy calls. Some days you're in attics at 165° in summertime Texas. Its a great way to make a living. Everyday is different. You should add gloves to your toolbag. I'm wondering why you didn't replace the handle on the toilet since it was almost completely corroded away and likely to break at any time and the old supply line which was hard and kinked?
He did not change it so he would get a call back when it is completely broken.
That's another service call.
I like daily grind videos and projects. I'm not really a fan of projects split up into 3 or 4 videos. 2 parts is ok.
I got one comming up that will be at least 5 parts. lol. maybe even more.
The Handyman lol. Well you know my feelings on the subject. But you know I'll watch all 5 parts!
Chooch it!
Good for you man. With the door combo lock, forgetting that last step, aligning the pad on the outside sucks tho. We all been there lol.
Always enjoy the vids, man!
Where I live in Ohio, we don’t have many rental homes controlled by property management companies. What I encounter all the time is rentals owned by private owners who think that the handyman and every trade should be working for $20/hr. That’s why when someone asks me to quote work on their rentals, I just tell them I don’t work in income property. They want "get by" work, and they want it cheap. You’re fortunate to have a clientall that pays $200 for a ten minute job. That just doesn’t cut it where I’m from. Also, I never quote work by the hour, just a flat rate by the job. I charge $85/hr, but the customer never knows that. All they care about is that $350 fits their budget...even though it’s done in a couple of hours. I should add that I’m retired now, and just do this to cover the cost of my expensive hobbies and Florida vacations in the winter.
Best of luck to you!
Joe Valencic same here. People who own rental properties for the most part have all burned their bridge with me. Glad they did it too. I do have a couple that I still work for but they pay well. Whatvyour saying is true though. I live in Houston and I’m a plumber. Self employed.
you have to target those rich individuals here in my area I get those often who say I looked on line and to remove and install 8 led shop lights is $100 lol ends up ok since its about a 2h hr job but that is as low as they get me since I work really fast on the other hand when I price per object or work for amazon or lowes I make like $100+ hr so you just need to find your place now on the other hand craigslist people charge about $25/hr so I stay away from that
Ya. I work for 19 an hour and have done maintenance for 9 years. I work for a pm and get my mileage paid 50 cents a mile. The rental owners in madison wi want cheap labor and high rent. Is a college town so no one is in the long game. My parents live in normal illinois and have old people friends that are home owners that cant fix anything but will pay you $50 for doing something simple. Its all about your areas people and culture.
I just got payed $750 to trim 3 bi-fold doors, 2 full size interior doors, Install a door flap, and replace the stop gap molding around the garage door. She was a private owner of the rental house. No, I didn't think I'd get the job either.
Joe Valencic
Yes, nose candy can be quite expensive.
Flapper not sealing not to mention that flush valve looks old
Love these "a day in the life of" videos. I wanna see more. Also, ya got yourself a new sub.
I enjoy these videos! That door latch was the funniest thing I've heard! What a cheapskate!🤣
I tuned in some time ago for the down to earth very interesting and entertaining stuff you do.
I use to watch This Old House but the shows production has lost its originality.
I like to see and hear the details when your working a job. I'm not a Handyman for hire but I fix stuff around the house. You give me greater confidence to take on my home repairs when needed.
Soon I'll need to replace my toilet tank gizmos.
Thank You
"gizmos" Hahahaha
I believe the technical term is "Thing-a-ma-jig," but don't quote me on that....
Mike Moondog
Don’t you dare ever BadMouth my boys (TOH)
Those are Saints amongst all yoooz sinners!
I got tired of replacing toilet parts so I spent 235 dollars on a no stuff and water saving toilet at home Depot now my water bill was cut in half. Loved the first toilet I replaced I went and bought one for the other bathroom, it was 200 dollars home depot lowered the price. Well worth the money and I haven't touched a toilet in my home in about 3 years.
The main reason I replaced both toilets is the wax rings needed replaced. Got tired of moping the floor every time I flushed it.
I can’t believe the homeowner didn’t want to have you install a new latch. If you’re like me, most days you feel like a genius compared to some customers. I have a handyman business, and I would have just installed the new latch, because eventually someone who knows as much as you will visit this home and ask why the latch wasn’t replaced when the deadbolt was tightened up. I don’t give them the option to get cheap. The homeowner will NEVER admit that he told you to just leave it out, and you will end up on someone’s list of "don’t hire this guy." This happened to me early in my career, and after that I just do what is right and bill them accordingly. If the customer tells me to do something that I know is not right, I tell them to call someone else to do their work. A solid reputation is hard to establish, but a bad name spreads like wildfire. JMHO after 40+ years of being a contractor. I walk away from jobs that will tarnish my name, because it’s not worth the bad press. The money will, always come if you do the right thing, instead of listening to an uneducated or cheap customer just to make a paycheck. Anyone can do that.
Its a rental house with a property management company. Its a skill to be able to do what they ask and nothing more.
I worked in property mgmt (administration) for 20+ years and in my experience prop mgmt cannot afford to alienate a "Handyman" by bickering over small jobs. Prop mgmt cannot afford to get a bad name among the handyman trade or they'll not be able get any skilled, reliable handymen to do their jobs (or plow, or mow, etc...)
In truth, Mr. Charm here could have replaced the passage latch and charged the mgmt co and they would have paid (ultimately the prop owner pays for all repairs). But it's also likely the mgmt co will not blame our favorite Handyman for not doing work they instructed him not to do. They'll just make all necessary repairs all at once when the rental unit turns over. In the interest of professionalism and future relationship I think he made the right call.
Good point but the handyman seems to be doing really well too so I guess pick one way and go with it lol
I completely agree, whenever someone asks me to do something halfway I just decline the job as all the neighbors will eventually see it and think that the contractor left it like that. Excellent advice to anyone in the trades / repair business!
when they asked you to go fix the door wouldn't that mean actually fixing it? to me the door was not fixed as it should close and stay closed without having to lock it or hold it while you lock it even. The lock actually was still working so all you did was tighten that up which is not really fixing is it? The person who said that was just fine prob thought you would charge even more to go put the missing latch on since you didn't do that before talking to him etc.
Honest work and good compensation. How can people dislike this video?
Great video!! Thanks and please do more of these!
$200 labor fee just to fix a lock set on a door seems a little steep, however, just yesterday I was offered $250 to caulk the top lip of about a four feet stretch of a gutter that was against the fascia of a house, and to spray one can of Flex Seal on some roof shingles, and that entire job only took me approximately one hour to complete. So, you never know.
I guess it's worth to the customer, what It's worth to the customer!
All you have to do is put a few drops of food coloring in the water tank and you can tell if it’s leaking, it will seep into the bowel
I use old inkjet printer ink for finding (my inkjet printer broke down and I bought a laser printer instead)
That 0.25 liters of refill ink will last me for another ten years.
Why did he replace the whole thing though, those leaks are usually just caused by the flapper wearing out which is quick and easy to do
@@amaxlite True statement but the replacement part is a water saver. Two flushes per tank vs. One flush...
Watched a lot of your videos and gained extra knowledge just by watching ! Remodeling my sisters house thanks to you !!
Enjoyed this video. Thanks for posting.
Myself a cabinetmaker for 55 years, and an eye for detail, i couldn't help notice, that the drawer runners you cut down, are designed to fit "flat" to the side of a cabinet, and wouldn't worked, in that situation, unless a packer was fitted to the side of the cabinet, (L&R) flush with the surface of the front vertical cleat .
The original runners, taken off, were designed, so they could be brought out at the back, for the drawer to run true.
Why is it, we still see, (in the final clip of drawer function test,) the old original runners, with the return at the back.
Having said that, If it was only the top drawer runners you replaced, maybe you should have included, in your video, the fitting of the packers, (left and right) to make those particular runners work !
Yep. They wont work unless you get the plastic bracket that goes on the back of the cabinet. Thanks for watching.
brian samuels thank you for your 55 years of service to our country .
I would never use that plastic water line. I’ve seen so many leaks where they rub against where they penatrate the floor or wall. Only use copper and like you said leave a few loops so you can pull the thing out and service it.
Jim D when I installed appliances we only used copper and where not allowed to hook up to any plastic of any kind insurance wouldn't cover the water line
Jim D Not true! I've hooked up quite a few of the plastic one's and never had a problem with them!
Plastic always seems to leak or split, I only use copper.
Copper is fine for permanently installed fixtures/appliances, but a refrigerator is not fixed.
I prefer food grade lines with a braided jacket. No idea if such is available for ice maker water lines, but they are available for many other appliances.
@@buggsy5 Yes, 1/4" braided lines for icemakers are common.

I love these vids at least once a week , this really shows what is going on and what we need to know to become handy men , and that is real world everyday situations and also the financial aspect which almost seems to be taboo with the handy man vids

I have run a commercial handyman business for the past 12 years and have been doing for over 25 years. I do not step in a place without charging $100.00, if I work or not. I call it the $100.00 handshake. I take care of retail properties only. Very few of us exist. Most think they can do commercial but it takes time to really know buildings. Keep up the great work!
$200 to fix the door knob? Dang
Good grief. I feel sorry for anyone who can't do this kind of cheap, easy fix themselves.
I have a cousin, who had to hire his brother in law to change some light bulb in his house. Lol. Most rich people couldn't be bothered changing a toilet part. Cause you know why? They just made $2000 in one day. I can rebuild a carburetor, but do you think that I want to even start working on the engine of my 2011 Ford f150 FX4? Nope. I'll change the plugs tho..... If I'm renting I'm not fixing shit.
I have a lot of wealthy clients that make more doing what they do than it would be worth to stop and do things themselves. I have one client that will pay me a $75 trip charge and $125 an hour to change light bulbs. I asked him why and he said that he just didn’t like to do it. Good enough for me!
Read what he says! mainly works for real estate companies.

Fucking generationist. Tell me more about how the year I was born in directly correlates to what skills I have or what degree I’m interested in.
Hey bro can o just ask you how much did you charge for the motion light out of the garage and the water line? Just curious.
Thx for general info bro you are doing a good thing for folks!!
Why did you not fix the door latch? the door key crooked? ....
I made sure the dead bolt was straight before I left. I didn't fix the latch because I was told not to and to leave it as is.
The Handyman sorry I misspoke, I'm glad your business is doing great. I hope your business prosper.
The Handyman. I could tell you noticed it was crooked and I assumed you fixed because that would have been the first thing the customer would have seen.
So is $1,000 your average day? Also, it seems like you could have just replaced the flapper in that toilet.
If you watch the video you will see that the float valve would not turn off. for a full day like this $700 to a $1000would be average. Handyman type jobs only make up 25 to 30 percent of the work I do. Most are larger jobs.
Nice work! You did what the customer asked, you offered to fix what needed to be fixed, if they don't want the extra work done, then your job is done. Handymen and Handywomen deserve every dime they make and then some. Someone has to take care of the rich and lazy people of America. Keep up the good work and thank you for the videos. Maybe you could make a video with an apprentice someday... someone just starting out in the trade... someone like me...hint, hint.
I'm new 71 and that was great dude I may need to get's some part time work so thank you and I'll watch all your shows.
Now make that amount of money 5 days a weeks and you're golden
Whitaker's World wow teach me.
Carleton Rutherford I’m a handyman, not a painter but I do know that here in Australia, painting is a well-paid building trade. Moreover, you called it a ‘semi-skilled’ job ... my only answer to that is that you’re a bloody idiot.
carleton youre an idiot and the two guys who liked your comment
@Carleton Rutherford like all jobs there are people with different skill levels. Anybody can paint but if you own a million dollar house do you want the guy waiting in front of the home depot to do the work or do you want a professional that is licensed and insured? I'm guessing you dont have a million dollar house though.
yeah..all of the 3 months that you can work outside..lol
Did it ever occur to them to just change the bloody flap..damn college gives one education not common sense...
I liked this video! I would be welcomed to see the insight into what your day is like. I think these could be, eye-opening and entertaining. Plus some cool tips and learning about how you do your job. You give owners options, you seem pretty quick, and you summarize these jobs very well! Thank you for taking the time to create these videos!
This was a great idea, it helped me realize I can make this a living. I'm just starting my own handyman business and it's slow.
