Bards fit really well as Dimir operative. The bard has a lot of subclasses that mention being secretive or spy’s. So there is a lot working for them, also they are quite skilled so they could definitely pick up stealth and deception and persuasion for skills. It totally works. You just need a reasoning as to who you are and how you joined them
That’s gonna come down to the DM. In all honesty I think it will come down to the final roll for the check. For the simple reason if you roll a 1 then re roll a 15 you “rolled” a 15

It will be interesting once I can bring start really diving into the various lore and deities, as well as the other cool characters that exist
Minotaur when they use their Hammering Horns as a Bonus Action, you could make it a CHA Save instead. It would also deal some damage.
The best part is most monsters have horrible charisma scores so it definitely pays off

When effects occur simultaneously, you choose the order in which they resolve. In this way, you can resolve the recharge, then resolve the reroll.
Im not too sure about this subclass it has some good abilities and some weird ones
It’s kind of the way the taldori subclasses go except for the echo knight
