My opinion after 3 months, It’s absolutely not a problem, fantastically refined smooth engine. Infact I like the feel of hness more than classic 350. & there’s no need to downshift to 01 in very slow moving traffic. You can easily pull the bike from 02 if bike is not dead stop.
Bhai, gearing ka problem itna bhi kuch hota hai kya ? Mere hisab se agar quality ko dekha jae to RE iske aaspas bhi nahi hai. Gears change karne me itni bhi kuch dikkat mujhe nahi lagti. Ek bar Honda shine chalao to ye gears achche hi lagenge.
Nahin brother, mere liye isski gearing problem nahin hai, because of its smooth clutch and gearing, but jati logon ko yeh ek pro lagti hai, Issliye hi yeh video banaake maine exact status share kar diya..
Hness owner here, maine dekha jab engine thoda warm up hojata hai, tab better efficiency rehti hai, and 5th gear is like for cruising purpose maybe isliye pickup 5th gear ka kam hai? Sahi hai?

I really like how it looks I won't be doing any laddhak trips But I will be doing occasional drives around Delhi ncr. I don't wish to modify the bike , and not perform any maintenance outside of the regular service at the agency. I like how tvs ronin looks and also like how this bike looks.

Does Ground clearance makes a difference here. I am planning to buy here in Pune. I prefer taking my bike to nearby forts and nearby places. Also at times my mom accompany me on rides. I have been riding tvs phoenix for a while and it doenst stall on inclines of ghat section here but now i need more powerful bike for long drive. Would hunter be a good bike considering my budget is near about 2 lac. Also, am heavy but have been managing long rides on phoenix hope hunter can offer bit comfortable ride in comparison
Don't buy cb 350 or hness, this gear shifting is a big nuisance. The issue is not how much you can go in a particular gear. The issue is you have to bring down your gears every time you find a hump or traffic. The engine knocks at 4th at 49 kms per hr, 3rd gear 40 kms per hr, 2nd gear at 19 kms per hr. You have vibration on the foot pegs, engine is smooth but when you have to shift gear every now and then you miss the fun. Bullet 350 is better. Dont go for hunter, the handle bar position is painful.

Kyu ki bike lene ke baad aapka jitna kharcha service pe ayega uss se zyada kharcha aapka petrol aur accommodation pe aa jayega kyu ki aapko kamm se kamm 1 night stay karna parhega wahan. Aur itni dur tak service karane ke liye aane jaane ki takleef alag. Yeh toh sirf service hai, beech mein koi chhote mote issues aate hein jinmein kayi baar bike chk karani parhti hai, toh uss case mein aur dikkat. Issliye aap bindaas Royal Enfield kharidiye 😊👍🏻
I have purchased highness 3 months before, the nearest service is 250km away from my home. My 1st service was done by myself as it is only a change of engine oil and chain service, I have already told the thing to service centre to update my 1st service in paper works. The 2nd service will be done after 6 months. I am happy with this bike.

Hi, I too am 5'6" and I have been riding it for the past 3 years and it is not a problem at all. Weight distribution of the bike is so good that you feel like you are riding a 'Hero Honda Splendor ' but it gives you the Hiness feel. Go for it, you will not regret. All the best 👍

I own both honda highness and classic 350. U will enjoy riding both bike depends on the condition. But main problem is with honda is servicing cost which is extremly high. Service cost for My ford ecosport is lesser compare to honda highness
@@ghumakkadbhatia tested under relatively safe condition on State Highway, with fencing on both sides of the road. Yes you are right there is always a risk factor with those speeds. However this one instance was just to test, with all the safety gears but then again they don't guarantee anything.

Aap agar isse speed ke according right gear pe ride karte ho, toh aapko 40+ mileage milna chahiye normal traffic conditions mein agar speed range 50-70 hai toh. Sound, iss segment mein iss bike se achha sound kisi bhi bike mein abhi tak mujhe toh nahin laga, reason isska engine sound bilkul naa ke barabar hai, main sound hai toh pure exhaust sound, Jo bahut hi thumpy aur pleasing to ears hai. Durability, mein iss bike ko 21,000 km chala chuka, even Spiti jaise terrain pe bhi, aur ab Ladakh jaa raha, aap chahein toh Thorha wait kar sakte hein kyu ki Ladakh mein isski kaisi performance rahegi, yeh bhi mein zaroor share karunga around mid of June mein. Lekin abhi tak ke experience ke hisaab se mujhe yeh bike bahut achhi lagi. Agar aap Classic BS4 se isspe shift hote hein toh yeh bike aapko har tareeke se achhi lagegi, aisa mera manna hai. Hi. Honda Hness owner here. Imo, 55-65 range is Achilles heel for it. It runs smoothly below that range in 4th gear & in 5th gear above that range. But all the smoothness get ruined in that speed range as it feels stressed in 4th & get knocking in 5th gear. Honda ruined the pleasure of riding due to wrong gear ratios, in such wonderful bike..

In TVS RONIN you can go below 15 kmh speed in 3rd Gear just crazy yaar but in highness its start knocking

I tried Mavrick 440, on 3rd gear it pulled from 20kmph with almost zero knocking. Highness ka gearing tall hai coz on 3rd gear it knocks below 30kmph.
Yeah, this is one thing which Highness should have better gearing ratio..

Yes at 115, it feels Ok. But I would say the sweetest spot is 90-100 kmph, where I feel completely confident.
90-110 after 110 you will feel a bit strained Engine.
