Math teacher here, I strongly recommenc a graph paper notebook for your Calc class. It makes it so much easier to keep both notes and any sketches you want to make neat and in the same place. So happy you're all going back to a normal school experience!
For that pencil case I would suggest tying all your different supplies (pens, pencils ect.) Together with hair ties to keep it organized! I did that last year and never had trouble with an unorganized pencil case (as long as I put them back)
