I love my Baja! Since getting it and experiencing a large scale gas I have no ambition to run electrics anymore. Definitely agree about the brakes though, mine are horrible.
I so miss the sound of running my gas cars and trucks but running lipos batteries no one complains like before with the gas ones and now I can run them around my home lol
It would be so funny if you were driving that white pick-up with the trailer for your RC...You driving down the road with your RC tied town in the middle of that trailer would make for some hilarious reactions.
@@RCKnockout @ 13:14 etc. marks. Your local track must be at a Township building or something? I thought you were going to drive up the lift gate & onto trailer at 1st. lolol
i know this is a year old but you really have to dial it in, i have the same rc of course and once its dialed in correctly, throttle, endpoints brake tightness etc very nice machine
First Cool track run with the Baja 5B, If i were to a get a gas powered RC i would get Losi 5ive T 2.0 (Real) or 30 Degree North DTT--7 (5ive T Clone). even though it would take a long time to save up for it but it might be worth it in the end and i can always convert to electric if i don't like the gas motor.
@@RCKnockout Yes. Use JB Weld on it. It's a two part epoxy. Clean the dirt off with some 91% isopropyl alcohol first. Another recommendation I have no matter if you are using super glue or epoxy, don't give up. Glue it each time it break. There will be some strong and weak bonds on both sides. The glue will bond to itself very well, and each time you will end up with a strong bond. (kind of like survival of the fittest) A second method that can work well with epoxy is to not only glue the two ends together, but also create a "cast" going out from the break, both direction. This not only give you bonding at the joint where the break happened, but also a "butterfly band aid" effect 360 degrees outward.
She sounds so well tuned she's running really well brother
Thanks man!

Yeah having just rear brakes is one of the biggest disadvantages with a Baja
Cool video! Thanks Nolan.
Glad you liked it!

That’s true…it definitely is more convenient and quieter to run an electric rc over gas lol
Gota ALWAYS bring tools for working on your specific rig your running and a few essential parts as well- great video bro keep on keeping on
Thanks will do! Yeah I should really start doing that lol

Yeah I’m probably not gonna fix it…..cause it’ll
most likely just break immediately on me lol

I love it man, i will buy a car like this when if have all the info needed just to get started.
I think if you speed up while jumping in the air you will reblance the car better but its not easy, just an idea.
Yeah you just gotta save up your money 💰
@@Soren_Caique_xD thanks for the tip 👍
baja is best of rc gas car 👍👍
Yeah it’s an Awesome Car!
I’ve got the body too, it’s a mass made one from china,I’ll be buying real HPI parts once they release parts. Awesome video!
Yeah I wasn’t sure it was packaged and preprinted but it clearly wasn’t an HPI body
I definitely prefer 2 stroke over nitro. Just my opinion
Never had a Nitro rc…..I’ve heard they’re hard to tune though
@@RCKnockout They can be, 2 strokes sound better too imo
@@keaginm2791 never heard them side by side so I’m not sure
Fix it with JB Weld.
The shock tower?

Hey nolan, Do more nitro content please :)
These aren’t Nitro….they’re Gas powered
@@RCKnockout I know, I just asked for you to explore the nitro world lol
@@dimag5399 lol…I gotcha….maybe one day
my baja has that body
Nice! It’s a sweet looking body!
