So I was in Vegas filming some course vlogs when I got the call from the PGA. They wanted me to catch the next flight to New York and play Bethpage Black the next morning (last day its open). So I obviously said lets do it. I brought my buddy Patrick with me and he had this great idea to play from the tips, but not just the tips the absolute furthest back possible. With Bethpage Black already playing 7465 yards from the back tees that wasn't enough. We were going to play one foot in the rough. Just sit back and enjoy all 42 minutes of this absolute explosion of a round. Part 2 and 3 coming soon!

This was weird for me. I had an uncanny feeling of De Ja Vu for the first 2 holes until I realized that I had played this course probably 50 times in Tiger Woods Golf on the Wii. XD

Frank Howe you obviously have zero consideration of the situation - Brodie was invited to play free of charge and allowed to film on the same setup where a major championship is being held. His obnoxious act works when he’s paying I guess but when your a special invited guest put the frat frisbee boy shit away for 4 hrs.

I appreciate you all doing this. Best complete views of each golf hole with flyovers and multiple view points of ANY golf vlog I have yet to see. I agree, after viewing it, I will have a much enhanced experience viewing the PGA next week. Can’t wait to watch Part 2 to see if the green side bunker streak continues.

the public was allowed, up until this past weekend - two weeks of play, 90-120 people per day. it was special for sure

ihave72legs it’s amazing and worth the trip. $150 on the weekends. I shot 82 from the blue tees and was more than happy.
I don't know what it is about the callaway drivers but it always sounds like there hitting the ground... Never got the chance to use one yet but hopefully sometime soon

So stupid. I’m a 2 handicap golfer that lives in NYC and I’ve played BP black at least a dozen times. There is no reason to put your back on the rough except to be ridiculed by people. The course is still extremely hard 2 feet closer

I didn’t show one putt I think and that was because Patrick forgot to film. It was also inside 2 feet. I try and show every shot. I personally don’t do gimmies.

Dude, I grew up playing the Black. It was the first course I ever broke 90 on. The 4th hole is one of the greatest par 5's in the world. The 5th and the 15th, in my opinion, are among the best par 4's. And 17 is one of the best par 3's.
This had such great potential. My dad grew up playing this course, I probably won't have a chance to play it, but watching a hole by hole is awesome. Just wish it was a bit more golf and less douche.

The first few holes ALWAYS creates a sense of this course feeling easier than the hype. Then the black’s teeth sink in and your score card starts to look like a bloody massacre
