Montezuma's Revenge - How to Avoid Traveler's Diarrhea
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 23 авг 2024
- Traveling abroad can lead to all kinds of adventures. One adventure that no one likes, but does happen is Montezuma's Revenge, or Traveler's Diarrhea. This common occurance does happen to travelers whenever they may travel to new countries or regions. It is caused mostly by contaminated food and contaminated water. So here we go through what you can do if you do get traveler's diarrhea.
Some Basic Tips:
1. Make sure all food you eat is properly prepared. Undercooked meats, bad shellfish and other foods can cause some of the worst cases of traveler's diarrhea.
2. Drink bottled water or at least make sure that the tap water is drinkable.
3. Have medicine with you just in case, Immodium AD, Pepto-Bismol, Gas-X are all typical medicines in the US that travelers should take with them in case Montezuma's revenge strikes.
4. Street food can be a great experience while abroad, but do take care. If the locals are not eating at the food truck, best you not eat there either.
Please note, the temple/pyramid on the thumbnail is Mayan, not Aztec.

Also: 1. Brush your teeth with bottled water. 2. Keep your mouth closed in the shower.
Really?
@@RacksonRacksonRibss Really.
Also small tip, when you buy bottled water MAKE SURE it is unopened. Some places have shady vendors that refill old bottles with tap water to save a buck. Morocco is notorious for it.
If you weren't paying attention and can't remember if the vendor gave you an opened bottle or if you opened it yourself, dump it out and throw it away.
Careful with unpeeled fresh fruit too.
+joe john I have never purchased bottled water from a street vendor. Always at 7-Eleven or similar.
When finished with your bottle, cut it! That way it cannot be reused.
joe john a pizza joint in San Francisco, Ca tried pulling that scam on me. I took them back and got different water bottles
joe john I have them open bottle caps in front of me.
So is india
I've always thought that "Montezuma's Revenge" sounds like the name of a fun, Aztec-themed children's video game.
I propose, "Traverrhea," instead.
+Nick Hentschel I like that one!
Moctezuma :)
@@woltersworld Another thing is to bring and have shite solidifier
When your bottle of water is empty, destroy the bottle- don't just crush it, cut it! That way it cannot be salvaged and refilled with tap water and resold as 'pure bottled water.'
Also, each day swallow a peeled clove of garlic. Don't chew- swallow with water. Garlic is a natural prophylactic for the stomach. I have been doing this for over 30 years when travelling and never get stomach problems when I follow this regime. I learned this from an Australian in Turkey in 1986 whose name was 'Lucky'.
raedwulf61, my Greek side of the family does the garlic thing. actually, garlic is the go to in the family for damn near everything. it has great antibacterial properties:)
9 days in Mexico so far and haven't had any issues and I've eaten a ton of street food every day. Great tips as always. One add, please remember to use your anti-bacterial wipes or gel AFTER you've done everything prepping your food. I've seen people cleaning their hands and then use public serving spoons for salsa or toppings as well as pull out their chairs. And then they're licking their fingers the entire time. Disinfect just before picking up that taco. 👍
Did you get sick or nah?
Have you heard of the new film "Constipation"? It hasn't come out yet.
Keep your day job!
+Conway79 lol
I became pregnant after my trip to Chichen Itzá. I thought it was Montezuma’s revenge.
Dang, unexpected gift there. Hope you and your family are doing well :)
Ma’am don’t say that now I need to buy a test 😰
Chichen Itzá are Mayan ruins. Moctezuma was an Aztec. Guess he got lost in Yucatán?
Stop lying 🙄
Ah yes the way to become a single mom fast
Oregano oil capsules are a miracle when you're travelling. I get sick everywhere I go, even the cleanest countries. But oregano oil nips it in the bud super fast.
+moplet72 cool. Hadn't heard of that one. Thanks.
Great Video Mark :)
If anyone is wondering why it's called the Montezuma's revenge, here is the answer. Montezuma II initiated the onslaught of diarrhea on "gringo" travelers to Mexico in retribution for the slaughter and subsequent enslavement of the Aztec people by Hernán Cortés, the Spanish Conquestor
Specifically, Cortes's army came down with it not long after the Conquest.
Vishwanath Puttagunta Montezuma could also be translated as mountain of....
Jesus Gonzalez " . . . of Yamaha motor scooters"?
;-)
not quite
Moctezuma didn't do or said anything
thats something people of mexico invented for foreigners getting sick because of the food or water
the word "gringo" wasn't popular in mexico until 1900's over 300 years after moctezuma's dead
but most of the time its because Mexicans have "stronger" stomachs than tourist, a lot of this "moctezuma's revenge" happened usually to people from the US thinking they could handle spicy hot food like Mexicans.
***** the problem isn't stronger stomachs, it's being used to the precise bacteria in a place. Mexicans in Southeast Asia will have similar problems as Europeans do.
That said, chilli is actually mildly antifungal, so eating spicy does help keep some problems at bay
Kaopectate! Learned this one in the Corps. The Corpsmen swore by that over the Pepto for the stomach issues and the Texas Two step. Sometimes we'd even start out with chugging some Kao to just beat Montezuma to the punch. Made a believer out of me that 25+ years later, that's my go to!
Great acting! Always check to see that the bottled water was sealed before you drink it. In India we actually saw people refilling bottles from a hose! Also, its great to carry something like Nature Valley
bars just in case you arrive somewhere and are not to sure about the eating situation ( peanut butter flavor holds up well in suitcases!)
I heard about people refilling water bottles, So I started drinking bottled Pellegrino water with gas because it would be harder to fake using local water. Besides, I like the stuff anyway. Chris
did anthony bourdain once mention in an interview that he usually takes Imodium before hitting the streets for local street foods?
Just remember, this too shall pass.
Bill Green 😭😭😭
Bill Green this poo shall pass
...and this, and this, and this, and this...

traveler's diarrhea is also from the stress of traveling. You sometimes are traveling through more than one time zone...we sleep less when we travel..we are on the go more..and we indulge in foods and more of them when we travel..which all ads up to tummy issues. so you can get it even at a trip to Disney. Like you said..always bring medication with you. Another helpful tip is about a week before..start eating a yogurt everyday. That will help coat your stomach.
I got hit when I was in Novgorod (Russia), I was feverish, groggy head, and had runny-poo-bum, so the person I was staying with gave me about 500ml of hot vodka like a tea and told me to drink it.
It made me drunk and sweaty, I fell asleep and woke the next day in absolute perfect health.
Definitely recommend the hot vodka cure.
P.S. I have a natural gift where I don't get hangovers (much to the irritation of those around me) so I can't say if you'll be hungover the next day or not.. But you won't be sick :D
Great video, very useful. Thanks, Mark! Greetings from Massachusetts to the Wolters family!
just got Montezuma's Revenge from my mexico trip. 🔥🔥
Great tips! Mark and Jocelyn, the video quality is beautiful...such a clear, colorful picture, the audio is awesome and makes me so wish I was there! It's snowing where I am right now, lol.
Thank you for this video 💓 I just found your channel. I got back from Cancun a week ago and I have been dealing with what seems like Traveler’s diarrhea 😭.
I really enjoyed your personality and the family pics.
New sub ❤️‼️
My favorite aunt has traveled to all 7 continents and has been to over 50 different countries. She strongly suggests everyone insists on no ice in the drinks and to never raw eat fruits and vegetables. :(
I always carry a tin of Altoids...not only for my breath, but peppermint is known to ease the queaze.
My tips for staying safe travelling are:
1. Always go check out the bathroom at the restaurant first - if it is a sty or no soap, get out quick as for sure the staff have not washed their hands. Sometimes the bathroom is located near the kitchen and you can look in to see the state of it.
2. Carry a lemon, and use it on your fingers to kill germs if no hand washing facilities available.
3. Always drink out of bottles and cans. You cannot be sure if glasses were washed properly, weredried using clean clothes, or left where flies can walk all over then or the drying up cloth. Make sure to wipe can and bottle top.
4. Take anti bac wipes when you stay at hotels and wipes all door handles, light and lamp switches and TV remote!
5. Avoid meat unless you cook it yourself.
Even in the states, my grandma always told us to wipe the top of a can before drinking. My mom always asks for a straw so she won’t have to drink from the glasses in US restaurants. Practices to be kept up with in the states tpp
This is good advise for traveling anywhere. Ive gotten sick more times when eating highway rest stop food while traveling in the states than anywhere I traveled abroad. Chris.
I have done a fair amount of traveling in Europe and have never gotten sick, unless you count severe constipation in Paris (much too much cheese and bread). Even in the US one is not immune from Montezuma. Once in Washington DC a cheese croissant, several times after a visit to McDonalds. Think of how many hours that creamy potato salad has been sitting out in the hot sun unconsumed and think about how many times E. coli or Staph aureus can divide in an hour. Sugary and salty things have less of a problem. Sugar and salt are preservatives.
Europe is fine. South America is tricky
i went to india for a month.....eating and drinkin no problems except on the last day in dehli, i thought i treat myself to a k.f.c. big mistake. typical!
You're more likely to get yourself in trouble with American style food overseas. A lot of time they don't know how to handle the food properly.
And that's why they call it Delhi Belly.
Very typical 🙄
Great video bro! I love how you share the practical along with the fun stuff with us too!!
Great advice. I wish I can travel like the author. Been to Mexico and China a few times myself. The trick is not to eat uncooked food(like salad and candies) and resist the street food as much as you can. Always drink boiled or bottled water. I definitely shy away from the Tang Hulu in Beijing, the red candy skewer :) You still have a lot of yummy food choices in China and Mexico. If you travel to China and want to eat in those "local" small restaurants, use a piece of wet napkins to wipe the chopsticks, bowls and spoons before you eat in them. I saw locals doing it and the restaurant workers don't mind. Now you don't want to do that in Mexico.
I just love your videos, a lot of Kärlek(love) from Sweden 🇸🇪!
+Anders Olsson thank you! Taking the whole family to Sweden this summer
In Brasil 1995 I had eaten in a Favela. It was peacock with manioc and a yellow pepper and I was sick from it...very, very sick. The carafe with the pepper liquid was contaminated. They took me to a jungle hospital where I became two injections otherwise I would have been dead. So Amodioum not always help. Be careful where you eat!! - and what you eat! (But the food was absolut delicous!)
Thanks for the video. Omg that sounds so scary about your kid getting so sick. Poor kid. I have gotten very ill from a restaurant here in the US...terrible!
CrankyBubushka my whole family got the Hershey Squirts from a restaurant I've been to a bajillion times. What's weird is that I got a burger and fries, and they got 2 different kinds of pizza to share and I didn't have any pizza. It was a literal shit show.
Hi Mark love your videos! I always watch your videos with my family, it's an awesome way to get information while still having fun
Regards Gustav
LOL... nurse and a pharmacist couple just watched this... wash, wash, wash hands...get an RX for ciprofloxacin (adults) and azithromycin (urchins)... loperamide, oral rehydration salts, Dukoral oral vaccine...
CP140405 but getting antibiotics prior to being sick isn't something docs like to write scripts for. :( I never thought of rehydrating salts, that's smart!
If you talk nicely to your GP, she/he may be willing to write a prescription for short term antibiotics to be started at the onset of severe diarrhea. Also... the Dukoral oral vaccine works very well and is pretty well tolerated.
How long ahead of a trip would we need the dukoral? Thx
You forgot to mention for people not rinse their mouth with the tap water after brushing their teeth or the shower water. Also, do not clean your brush afterwards with the tap water. Always use the bottled water
I always use a bit of alcohol to clean off my toothbrush because it's going back into the case, so it could get moldy/gross either way.
@@hoperules8874 yeah I have learned my lesson, I've got montezumas revenge the first time I've been to mx
Haha thank you for the honesty in this video! This will help a lot of people, I'm sure.
+OnTheGoWithCarson not that anyone will admit it ;) hehehehehe
I agree with you Mark. When I was in Costa Rica I had a lot of great coffee but I realized after I had that, and got back home to NJ I had travelers diarrhea from CR. So I would say ask the people who make your coffee to use bottled water only, and use that to make your coffee.
Thanks for all your help am off to Rome this weekend and I will take all your tips on board... Joe
I love the thumbnail! Had me laughing!
Thanks, Ahwsom info! Wish I'd paid closer attention. You might want to add a mention of eating leftovers. I think that's what got me here in Puerto Aventuas! Looking forward to my next Carona! BTW tell people the reason they give you lime in the neck of the bottle, it's to sterilize the bottle and not ment to be jammed into the bottle for flavour🍻
omg, been there, but was too dumb to realize I had something fairly serious, until years later I ended up in the hospital with all the tummy stuff plus fever and dehydration. They found a bacteria that isn't usu found in the usa, and the doctor said "you haven't been outside the states?" My mother is the one who reminded me of the impromptu Tijuana trip that my friends and I had made years ago. lol. It really was awful though, and my heart goes out to anyone experiencing it.
first! i love being first. in ur heart. lol
I love you too sweetie!!! Even if it is on a video talking about diarrhea... :)
Wolters World The worst song to hear when you have the runs is the johnny cash song "burning ring of fire" lol.
Wolters World, shit happens. bahaha
Jocelyn Wolters certainly did when I went to that dodgey Indian Dairy back in Wellington after a night on the piss lol.
@@woltersworld You both are so romantic 🤩
Best tip I have ever had is after u have handled money sanitize / wash your hands. Just think how maby ppl have handled the money before u. Or where the money could have been and so forth.
for diarrhea or any toxins in your system, take one activated charcoal capsule.
the charcoal absorbs whatever is toxic in your intestinal tract and takes it right out the back shoot.... if you find that you continue to have issues, take one capsule the next day.
should clear you right up. Whole Foods has it.
VictorCrowne this is what i always pack, too.
I had an attack of this in the last place I'd expect it: England. I was staying a full day/night in York and something I ate gave me a God awful fever (I suspect it was the fish n'chips I ate). Over 12hrs in bed where I dare not move in case it agitated my stomach. Had a drive to Liverpool the next day so I was worried. Luckily half way there I seemed to pull through it. Not fun though.
Lollll it’s so true!! I love the tp basket next to the toilet. Feels so cleanly
I live in Lithuania, cheers. I like your videos :)
By the way, you can drink tap watter in Lithuania it is clean.
Stupid Videos Mark used to live there. We will be visiting soon :)
I remember my trip to Italy and the food was so good everything was wonderful and then nowhere Montezuma's Revenge got me. I require a lot of care due to my health and my nurse had to hurry up take me to the bathroom and she had to give me a bit of Imodium as well and when I get infections or something with my stomach or any part of my body she has to watch really carefully because it can go from being a mild thing to being a major concern quick when I got Montezuma's Revenge I was in the bathroom for an hour my nurse had to help me for an hour. TMI I know but believe me when you travel it can get you
can you please tell us what your top places you've travelled to and why? thanks
Consuming bottled water is a good option but be sure its of good quality. In some countries, I've noticed tap water being sold in fancy "bottles"...!
Pack Wet Wipes. My wife went into a rest room in Tulum, MX where there was no paper. She didn't realize that the lades outside were selling it. Luckily, she was prepared.
Great video. My wife and I both went to Cancun and stayed at a great all-inclusive resort, only drank bottled water and both got sick. I got a slight case of it on my last day and half. My wife got so sick the day after we got back that she had to go to the hospital! We did take a trip to Chichen Itz and ate lunch there...was wondering if we got it there and it just took longer to incubate in her. Sadly, this experience has made her never want to visit Mexico again! Wolters would we have the same issue in say Aruba?
+Todd Carrick I will need to visit Aruba to check it out ;) sorry you got sick. I have had a few comments about getting sick from food by chichen itza
Mexico is awesome. I've been very sick in places like Turkey and Cambodia, but I've also been very sick -- food poisoning -- in the USA.
Todd Carrick , sometimes your body just doesn't handle the different types of flora well. Everywhere you go, clean water/food etc, has different germs that you may not have encountered before. Typically once you've 'met' the germs you are not likely to have a severe reaction to them again. But sometimes it is improperly cooked/washed/prepped contaminated food and drink. The CDC website has a wealth of information on the subject. :) Happy travels, I hear Aruba is fantastic.
2TEN90 Brewing I've been to both and haven't gotten sick but now I'm nervous lol
I heard Aruba has perfectly clean water, nothing to worry about. Like one of the only islands where you don’t have to.
I had hugely bad cramps and Diarrhea in Puorta Vallarta about 30
years ago when I was there. I was drinking water from this big bottle
in the hotel, which was likely tap water. Huge stomach cramps and
a lot of abdominal pain, and just water for stools -- not fun.
What I decided to do, which worked, was to just eat fish and drink
Corona beer. That beer has very little alcohol in it, and I figured it was
made with distilled water. I think I'm right that all beers are. Also fish
is fish, wherever you go, as long as it's fresh your OK. Only problem
was is that I lost 12 - 15 pounds. Looked very skinny.
Today being more sophisticated, I'd only drink bottled water from a
reputable manufacturer, and would have "no ice" as it could made with
ordinary tap water. I would also peel all tomatoes and apples etc. as
they were likely washed in tap water, and I'd almost bet on it.
I'd also go to the doctor, and get a prescription for Ciprofloxacin, which is
a strong anti - biotic, that kills these types of bacteria. Lots of traveller's
carry this Ciprofloxacin and or Imodium, with them. Very smart.
Remember -- this is bacterial warfare !!!
Hi M + J, as you know "When in Rome do as the Romans do" and the same goes for the topic of the vid. If you forget your imodium at home, go to the local pharmacy (at least in Latin America) and ask for "Lomotil" (diphenoxylate hydrochloride and atropine sulfate). I have always used that and it's what the populace does as well. Supposedly there are cautions, but this can be given to adults of all ages as well as children as far as popular use goes. They are little white pills (made by Pfizer) packaged in metallic outside and plastic inside strips...instaplug and all round cure for what ails you (atropine does wonders!). It also comes in liquid. Another thing with the ice. I know this seems silly and counter intuitive to say this, but even when the ice is made from purified water, make sure (ESPECIALLY if you have always been in a HIGH HYGIENE lifestyle), that if the ice comes out of a machine (and even if it comes out of a bag), that you watch the ice handler, and make sure that person uses a SCOOP, as there are SOME that use hands or even use the glasses themselves for ice manipulation, which means there will be hand to ice contact at some point.
Great Vids by the way, Nat Geo / Travel Channel quality, and THEN some.
+Stealth Stryker thank you so much. Especially the local names. Makes a big difference. I should have mentioned it in the video about going to the local pharmacy. Thanks for the comment.
Wow, Mark! It's an honor to hear from you. Once again you do great Vids.
Hey guys!!! If you to Monterrey Mexico. There the tap water is already purified and won’t make you sick. It is even better water than the American tap water. The rest of the Mexico doesn’t have purified tap water.
Very helpful! Thank you very much, on day 3 of being sick and just got back from El Salvador.... think someone (me) received some revenge... lol
Beware!! Montezuma's on you tail, pursuing you!! :))) I just like the video's title. Btw, so much staff from restaurants and places, don't wash their hands,...money & food at the same time :(
Love this channel 👍
Celebrated sir, Mark, is drinking tea okay in Brazil, Mexico, etc.? Has it been boiled enough? Or coffee?
This would never happen to you in Krk island, Croatia. In the south part of the island we have mineral water used as of tap water. I always feel so bad when I flush the toilet with this supreme water. Hope you get better soon! (you looked really ill at the beginning of the video) :-)
+Tomáš Repiský I am going to Krk this summer :)
I know, you already told me. If you would like to meet me here, pop me an email: tomas.repisky@seznam.cz:-)
Unfortunately I've always gotten travelers diarrhea in Mexico on every trip. There is literally no escape from it.
I’ve been over 10 times and never had it.
I just came back and got it also
One year Nicaragua: nothing ever happened to me. Two weeks Mexico: felt like crap for two days.
thank you this really helped
As a rule of thumb go where the queue's are is sound advice , but have seen people seriously ill because they followed the locals at street food stands and their systems weren't used to the standards that didn't bother the locals .
Imodium is my must bring medicine. But also Hydralite for dehydration. Both of these get rid of it pretty quick.
Thanks for the tips, every time I get deployment i get that shit . And It bothers the most.
Interesting! Thanks!
Good thing about living in a demi-rural area in Brazil, nothing makes me sick.
I traveled to 11 countries already, always eating everything in cheap places.
Matheus S lucky you
Great points! Diarrhea can kill any vacation, in my opinion, and is almost as bad as having a cold or the flu during a vacation!!! Sometimes it's not easy to find a toilet in a foreign country. Thankfully Mexico is usually good with pharmacies on every other corner!
Hello Mark! I'm going to Munich and I need to take my blow dryer ( I have several special events) what kind of adapter should I buy? I heard that I can ruin my blow dryer if I don't buy the right one
apples, any form and oats are the sole sources of soluble and insoluble fiber.these also help.
When I travel I have the opposite problem. Should I bring my toilet with me so I can have home bowl advantage lol jk. Why does that happen? What should I do to prevent it?
UV is crap. Get a waterfilter, $30 tops. No batteries, fits in your pocket. There is also more expensive filters that can be fitted directly to a standard faucet.
It is probably safe to eat highly acidic food where bacteria cannot grow, or is killed quickly. Some spices also change the PH and make the food safer to eat since bacteria and parasites require certain conditions to live in.
Near a place where i used to work, we had a small restaurant nicknamed "Bacillen" (bacillus), got warnings early and i never ate there, even established places can be as bad to eat at, food trucks and hot dog stands have worked fine for me.
Not disgusting at all - totally fine with the content :P
Didn't know "Durchfall" or "Magendarmerkrankung" could be called "Montezuma's Revenge"!
I had it one night from drinking bubble tea in taiwan. I was aware of the fact that I should avoid tab water so I asked for their water source. They ensured me it was bottled water and even showed me their tank but they didn't tell me that the ice was made by their machine getting it's water from tab.
=> Tummy hurt for hours
Taiwan does have very good and healthy water sources. You can drink tab water at country-areas with low population like Taimali (watching tribes' rituals you can even join dancing and eating during july/august).
But the cities (most of them very big) got old and rusty pipes which leads to corrupted water. Even if hotels filter it with Cl you are not supposed to drink it.
What can you tell about US water since you get free refills there? Somebody told me it tastes like water from the swimming pool (H20+Cl).
Great video!
+Wesley Tsjernitsjenko thank you.
Montezuma is kicking my ass right now, just got back from Mérida
So I keep hearing this and I just gotta ask - what is the deal with throwing the toilet paper into a can next to the toilet? Why not just put it in the toilet WHERE IT BELONGS?
Great video title!!! man :)))
+Cristian Marius Crisan it has made for some interesting commercials in the beginning. At least when I watched it :)
Wolters World ;) just enjoying all your videos, guys! Keep doing the same great work! And keep traveling, of course :p
How long does it take to get used to the water?
Please note many vendors are reusing bottled water and gluing the seal to appear unopened. Be smart
Had I once cause by dirty swimming pool water
I learned the hard way😭
1:29 they have flat toilets in Mexico as well? Watching this video, I'm seeing how similar it is to Bangladesh! Have you ever visited Bangladesh by the way cos I'd love to see you do some videos over there cos I'd like to see what you think of it, your reviews are awesome!
+Ayman Ilham no. That one was in Italy.
oh wow! I never knew Europe had them!
I've been trying to think who you remind me of.. It's Jack Black. idk why you just do a lil bit
Rozelyn Roux I don't see it at ALL. They are both white and husky, but... that's about it.
I had a raw prawn in my salad in Athens, didnt realize till I bit it and chewed something slimy. Luckily it must have been fresh because I didnt get sick but it wasnt the nicest experience. The only bad food experience in the whole of Greece mind you.
Have you ever used lifestraw?
I had it so bad in Israel. It includes fever and hallucinations too
Dont trust bottled water either. Use a katadyn varios. Very portable and will get the contaminants out!
The only time I got super sick was in Cancun (ironic lol) and at a 5 star resort 🙄. Soooo sick in the hotel room for 2 days. I’m not sure what it was but it could have been anything. Def a bacteria or something though.
thanks.
Do they sell dipping tobacco there?
God bless em man
Got this when I went to Hermosillo wasn’t pleasant
And although it will sound obvious to most, I’m inclined to remind people to never use the tap water to brush your teeth
just be wary of where you get your food from and either way nobody drinks tap water they just get bottled water
I got sick in Cancun. I just can't go back there. Had to cancel my trip back home because I was just too sick to fly. Ugh.
+bh wow. That sucks. Sorry to hear that my friend
Thanks. If I go back, I'll follow your advice.
a friend of my travels a lot for his work one coca cola a day keeps the diarrhea away
Love it
Is that a green screen?
when i was in Peru i got terribly sick it was coming out from both ends
td c, oy, we had bouts of that in Peru also. I think the altitude sickness added to the cooties we injested. :( But I'd go back to Peru in a heartbeat!!
I get a prescription for cipro from my doctor before I go overseas.
I should have watched this video two weeks ago…
How about brushing your teath plz responded
