We've been a guard, we've been a gameshow contestant, we've been a wedding planer, so of course we're going to now be in charge of the Sprawl's draft. Why wouldn't we be?
Besides guarding the gate, it's up to Lil to boost the ranks of the army. It's just a national conflict between nations, I'm sure it'll be fine to leave a 12 year old in charge, right?

I think at this point Lil's job is probably "stop the adults from wrecking the place because they're too stupid that they need a 12 year old to deal with everything for them," so kind of everything is your job now.
