Try my preset to make things easier for you. It is a painful effect to make

i gotchu bro, its not that hard just split each keyframe by 8 frames. for example, your on keyframe 1 and you click the right arrow key 8 times (to move by frames) and thats where keyframe 2 should be. HOPE THIS HELPS :D
