    Bednar sees the scene of Christ washing the feet of the apostles and thinks, “I’m so awesome, God would wash my feet.”

      I'm surprised he hasn't said that over the pulpit.

      @@GenerallyUnquotable He already has. Haven't you been listening? A great mormon bishop once told me, " What you ARE speaks so loudly in my ears that I do NOT hear you".

    Bednar has always struck me as a politician and a control freak. I feel sorry for those in the church when he ascends into the first presidentcy in the future.

      He, like many church leaders believe they were born to tell the rest of us what to think and do. I don't want or need that.

    I went to BYUI(Rick's College at the time) when Bednar was president. After the second devotional I refused to go to anymore cause Bednar was such a condescending asshole. When he became an apostle, my wife got mad every time I would say how much of an asshole he was. I didn't care that he was an apostle. His arrogance and condescending attitude never changed, and I could see it in every single talk he gave.

    A typical Macey's patron says, "Unless we speak up, it will become just another example of the almighty dollar becoming more important than the value and beliefs that we hold dear." I nearly choked on my toast. I must presume that "we" includes the people in the pews only, not the brethren who manage the Church's various multi-billion dollar portfolios.

    BednaRobot needs a reboot...or just the boot. Well now that I think about it, if people came out of that conference disenchanted, then I suppose Bednar is our ally. Keep it up. Oops, I forgot to translate that into a language he can understand: 0010 0010 0110 1011 0110 0101 0110 0101 0111 0000 0010 0000 0110 1001 0111 0100 0010 0000 0111 0101 0111 0000 0010 0010.

    So members are mad or saddened due to a store being open on Sunday but I didn’t hear any members complain when they made changes to the endowment ceremony and reduced the time after surveying members. The store just did the same thing..changing economic climate and surveys 🤷‍♂️

    In the UK we have earlier closing and opening on Sundays for retail. It allows the shops to be cleaned and for the staff to rest too.

    From Alaska and the Anchorage temple and what is going on there combined with the Fairbanks temple announcement is wild. They are building a new temple in anchorage right next to the current one, then tearing down the current when the new one is done. They say the current one is too small. Such a waste of money. Anchorage is basically a weekend temple and dead during the week. Fairbanks and Anchorage at the same time, both will be ghost towns.

      They are being built everywhere to accommodate the rapidly increasing occult underground that hides among the good members. Their secret blood rituals have been going on for a very, very long time. Adult survivors who were victims of them as children have been coming out with their horrific stories of the terror that they experienced. They are held late at night in the basement areas, sometimes in even deeper tunnels that are under some of the buildings.

    • @carolyearsley
      @carolyearsley 5 дней назад

      My first post was zapped by YT because they don't want this information getting out. I will have to abbreviate it. The buildings are being built for secret late night ceremonies in the basements, done by a rapidly rising underground movement that blends in with the good members.

    • @carolyearsley

      YT zapped my first two posts, because they don't want this information available. I will have to be brief, There is a rapidly growing underground movement that hides among the regular members, that uses the basements late at night for special ceremonies.

      I spent 3 years in Utah after my mission. I went to school at Snow College and then Utah State University. Fast forward over 30 years, I still consider Utah to be the weirdest place I have ever been, and I have been to over 30 countries and 2 war zones.

      yup. gotta be crazy tolive there. have heard the same from several others over the years in my workplace. mormon hypocrisy has scattered much of Israel, and continues to do so, from the top of the hierarchy , and all the way down .

    I'm sad to say that the thing with Elder Bednar really concerns me. I've seen him do a couple of other things that are somewhat similar and it seems like mental illness to me. Delusions of grandeur, very cult leader-ish. My kids are beyond college age now, but I wouldn't want them subjected to this kind of thing.

    Delusions of grandeur...thought the church didnt indulge in catholic hierarchy...it has all gone to their heads...250billion has tainted them all.as for the horrible treatnent of this lady was sickening..the Saviour had left the building...😢😢😢😢

    Does Bednar think of himself as the king from The King and I??
    "Let it be known that your head should never be higher than mine! If I sit, you sit. If I kneel, you kneel. Etcetera! Etcetera! Etcetera!" 😅

    I've even experienced Bednar treating his wife with similar unrighteous dominion. See the youtube episode where a person asked Bednar what he does to stay humble. Bednar had his wife give four examples of how she stays humble. Most of which were to secum to Bednar's desires.

  • @othersheep5491
    @othersheep5491 5 дней назад +1

    Unrighteous Dominion on a power trip over at that church! Fascinating that they now say the quiet parts out loud. Looks like latter day levels of discernment and compassion are at a blatant low. No wonder Auntie Christ has her hands on her hips!

    I wonder what FHE is like at Bednar's house? He's the presiding authority both as an apostle AND the man. I won't if he rebukes his kids for stealing a cookie before the blessing/presiding authority gets one!

    Why in this world would she want to get re- baptized.... Work it out with the big guy on the other side.... Crazy. She was correct with her beliefs, she was excommunicated for telling the truth. No one should ever be excommunicated from the church. Especially if you don't want to be excommunicated. Just saying.

    Ironically the Maceys store on 13 th east in Sandy permanently closed, lol. It was a crappy store that got beat out by cheaper stores like WINCO and nicer stores like Harmons. It really lost its niche.

    I'm curious why you would care if one of your family members pursued a reinstatement after your passing IF you either don't even believe in life after death and/or don't believe it would have any effect?

      Because I would want them to respect me. They don't now though so my hopes aren't high. People write a will for the same reason...so they can have a say what happens to them (and their belongings) after they die.
