24 hours in Singapore: the start of our next adventure

After the summer back in the UK we're off on our travels again. Starting in Singapore we cut this to 24 hours as the Grand Prix is in town planning to come back later to see it properly. So we start with a few weeks in Borneo before returning to Singapore. We will then work our way up Malaysia and Thailand to return home from Bangkok - a reverse Race Across the World series 1 - but without the budget restrictions, lack of mobile phones and we might use the odd flight - apart from that just the same!

Loving your smaller bags. Haha, we got the bus back from Heathrow to Chorleywood with the bus after our Cambodia/Vietnam trip. £2 each. Still need to finish watching the last of your Sri Lanka videos. I was lucky to stay with a friend opposite the Marina Bay Sands hotel a few years ago on my way back from New Zealand, amazing views from her plush apartment. She showed me all the sights over five days, you could have got a cocktail up at the hotel there at sunset on one of the decks without paying an admission charge and watch the light show. She never cooked, just ate in the markets most evenings. Looking forward to following your adventures.
