You don’t really need a TAB. All of the greatest guitarist used to slow down records to pick things off by ear. Not only can you slow it down here on the screen, you can see his fingers. All the best. ✌️

Hot take. It's possible to appreciate 1 without hating the other and making a misinformed statement.
Speed absolutely has feel, just not something you feel obviously.. but to tell musicians who enjoy technical stuff they have no passion or "feel" in their own art just shows how ignorant you are.

For those of us who have no chops, any way you could display the chord changes during you intro solo? It looks like you switch between targeted chord tones and amazing pentatonic licks…I can’t tell where you’re hitting chord tones vs playing in Cm pentatonic positions. Hopefully this makes sense.

You’ve inspired me to learn music theory… I’ve played for ten years and only ever covered songs. Particularly metal songs.. I’ve found my self listening to more and more jimi and srv lately.. this one got me dead set.. thank you.. that intro is sick
Theory isn't the way to go with music. Makes it more mathematical when really it should be a form of art. Do what i did and go through and learn the scales, then watch people like EC, BB King and SRV play. All of them probably never had a single music theory grade in their lives. but they in this case paint a picture with sounds. Truly amazing.
