- This beautiful Rose Detective Agency Book Nook was sent to me by Cutebee before Christmas and this is the first chance I have had to look at it. It's a wonderful puzzle type DIY kit to make your own detailed book nook!

What a brilliant “crafty” idea!! Never heard of a “book nook” !?! Something to look forward to doing when you get your time off after your BIG work project is finished.

I got one from a different brand for Christmas! I haven't started it yet, because I'm still working on a little room from that same brand. It involves painting and glueing and a lot of cutting out little pieces of paper. That also means drying time, and that's the problem for me. I start doing something else and don't return to it. I think this brand is better, no painting, less glueing, and stickers! Also, mine doesn't have a dust cover, so that's a big plus too. Might have to check out the website...
Oo painting and gluing sounds more tedious. I'd be like you and move onto something else in the drying time! 🥰

To be honest, this reminds me of a dollhouse *I wish* I had as a child, so many little details... and working lights! Reminds of those really fancy Victorian ones you'd see in toy shop windows! 🥰

No not working this weekend Sue! Picking up mum at 10am, taking her shopping and then she's staying over and we're having a crafting / colouring day tomorrow for Mother's Day (we're doing those Dragonfly Diamond Paintings I showed in my last haul!) followed by a lovely roast dinner! 🥰

It took me a couple of days to assemble mine after Christmas. Good instructions, fun process.
