carbs don't build muscle, increase in calories do. fats and protein should remain same when bulking or cutting or maintaining and you just adjust the carbs by a huge amount when tryna bulk.
The insulin is to force the nutrients into the muscle. HGH can cause some insulin resistance. When on HGH, I take around 6-8iu of insulin post workout then eat my post workout meal. Depending on how carb tolerant your body is, would determine how many carbs you need before it is too much and then you store carbs as fat.
A couple benefits of MK677 over HGH is that is increases your hunger & you don't get carpel tunnel in your hands like with HGH, plus its also way way cheaper.
But you gain a lot of water weight with mk that you wouldn’t with gh Running mk atm constantly bloated due to hunger a positive on a bulk but not a cut imo, I’ve had carple tunnel from my mk in the past but not this time, also there’s the insulin resistance negatives with the mk in long term But yes I agree it’s a close second due to price difference and legit study’s I’ve read that say it 20/25mg of mk can be very comparable to 3iu of gh per day

Vascularity is defo affected by genetics mixed with body fat %. I'm under 2% and my Vascularity is crazy. Due to this people think i'm taking allsorts of drugs and doing loads of cardio. I do zero drugs and my cardio is a 5 min light warm up, sometimes less. Diet is really important especially when not on gear.
