Hey let me ask you the following, I encountered the issue that in case I turn off the VM then when I turn it on again services are off. Is there any way to turn off VM but left it in same state (example with services turned on). So when I used it again I don't have any issue and don't have to start all services once more.
I started getting "Entering emergency mode error", I even deleted the VM and uninstalled the VirtualBox but still gives the same error. Any idea how to solve it?
I followed the steps in my Mac, but I got local host 1080 that take me to HDF and not found Ambari and unable to get in the dashboard. did anything I missed?

Hi Ganesh, it should be work. Very important, do not skip where I have explained how to allocate memory to Hadoop. You can allocate till 3 GB to Hadoop. Happy to see this Hadoop installation video helped you. Keep Learning !!

Hi Kushal, please remove OVA file and again add it for your Hadoop installation on Virtual Box. Hope it should work.

Hi i beliebe i need your help. i have mac laptop and have installed sandbox HDP in my VirtualBox. VM starts just as in your video BUT i cannot open the WEB Interface. The message i get in different browsers is server terminated the connection unexpectedly. What can i do to solve it ?
I did not have any issue at all, did you keep the VM turned on? The thing It happened to me with the 3.0 version that with 4GB ram was not enough, fortunately I was able to assign more, however my processor has few cores (therefore I assigned 3 cores).
