I never and will never stop lobing this band, saw them in Atlantic city 2 times 97 -98 front row seats, got a drum stick, Philadelphia, San Diego 2018, and play their songs all day and while driving down the highway, God bless them for ever, Doobies..
Been a Doobie fan since the early 70's. I saw them warm up for Santana a couple years ago and they did a lot of the early stuff including this one. These are my favorite Doobie tunes. Ukiah, Eyes of Siver, Another Park Another Sunday, Nobody. Great guitar/vocal songs. Tom, Pat and Tiran. That's the Doobies I grew up with.
Heard this first time as a 16 year old, now 50 years later Ukiah is still transcendent and fresh as ever
Like it as acoustic too. I do it
It’s always been one of my favorite songs from them
One of my favorite bands bringing happy good vibes as always - luv the additional solos.
The captain and me was the album that brought them mass recognition. Still remember hearing it in '73, great band.

All Around this Sacred Land
Tom Johnston YES! What a gentleman! His voice reminds me of working in Yosemite in 1974. Love them Doobie Bros, especially UKIAH!
Saw em live near Seattle 10/2 and have been humming this to myself ever since! 🤘😎
John, you should have listened to the lead on the studio album for this one, it's really worth learning to play because this is a great song.
Yeah he played like it was 1983. This song requires a more tasteful, slower solo
Great to hear them do this one live. My son was at the show... lucky dog.
Just saw them in Houston! GREAT CONCERT!
One of the best arranged pieces ever!
beautiful song.
“The Captain + Me” was their Masterpiece especially “ Uriah” up North
The city is Ukiah.
Nothing like f'ing up one of your best songs.
I was there! Loved it as always !
Last of the vocal bands that can still sing pretty strong.
❤PS and TJ...DOOBIES...sing It! ❤🌞🤟
Would have been my dream for them to open with this one
Less saxophone though
Couldn't agree more

He was introduced earlier. I was at the concert!
