If some of these homes still exist, I suggest you include "now" photos of them. I really like "then" and "now" comparisons.

Unfortunately the information listed with each photo doesn't contain any addresses, lucky to get the name and town!

Another cool video April I really liked the Siskiyou County Cabin the chair out front of the leaning cabin seem to add a little creepiness to the picture.

Knew the homes and house's featured would be from a long time ago since "Historic" was in the Title. Cabin to be expected, but Northern Cal was known for it's Victorian Architect back in the day, so no surprise in seeing some Grand Homes! Even the cabins looked very homey and comfortable. So many caught my eye....BUT....one made me stay and stare at it. And it was the home featured @ 2:02 with the little White haired doggie sitting out front AND the little boy standing by the tree on the cement gate about ten feet to the right of the doggie! The other was The Stansbury House in Chico @ 7:53! Loved how the House paint matched the colors of the blooms next to it! GREAT TREAT April! As Always, You Delivered The Goods! Cheers From Ohio

I find it interesting that no matter if you had a big fancy Victorian home or a humble hand hewn cabin they all stood out front for a picture proud as can be

Nice job April! I really liked the Crew home, Meadow Valley and the Danforth one in Oroville but I prolly would of lived in one like the Germond Cabin in Butte Meadows haha. They all looked great tho, good history!

Love all the old cabin pictures. You should put my cabin on this. Cabin #1 Jonesville. Was built by a Chico doctor. Dr Oaker as a hunting cabin.

I appreciate your efforts, but just grabbing images off an online archive, without location information, context, history, etc., means very little. There is even very little effort involved.

I include whatever information is provided in the archive. Most people don't sit around hunting through archives, this is a way to present them to some who may have never seen them otherwise. I assure you, it is indeed an effort. Do you have a channel? Or do you just troll others who actually put in effort?!
