Good day. Is there any current transformer installed inside the power transformer on its bushings?
Yes. Current Transformers are installed on Bushing inside Turrets.
Regarding price and efficiency it is better to have one one 945 MVA, 3 phase transformer, than 3 separate 315 MVA single phase units
Price wise one three pahse 315MVA would be economical. However three individual single phase transformers provide flexibility of only one phase replacement and repair, in case of any failure.
