First saw this clip as part of the interview (whispering) Bob Harris did with John Lennon for the BBC in I think 1975. Lennon was promoting his Rock and Roll album. The song was shown either at the start or the end (can't remember) of the very interesting interview. I remember taping it on my old cassette recorder! Have a listen, it's on RUclips.

Vince Murphy: Yes, the interview took place on April 17, 1975 at BBC's Old Grey Whistle Test - NY. On the following day, John would have his last public performance at ATV's Special "A Salute to Sir Lew Grade" - The Hilton - NYC, when he sang "Imagine" and "Slippin' and Slidin' ", backed up by a group of masked crackbrained musicians ... lol ... Cheers from a beatlemaniac from Rio

The song was written by Little Richard, Edwin Bocage (Eddie Bo), Albert Collins and James Smith. It was first recorded by Eddie Bo in 1956 under the title I’m Wise, but was renamed when Little Richard taped his version later that year.
