Grim Dawn's difficulty gets kind of out of hand in Elite and BEYOND!

This is me trying to tackle a boss on Elite difficulty. I'd understand if this was the beginning of the difficulty or something but I've been playing at this level for well over 20+ hours. While this is not the first time I've run into kinda crazy over powered enemies that can one shot you repeatedly but this has to be the most egregious. I ADORE this game, and I know I'm not perfect when it comes to micro managing every single sub category of every sub category. I do however know how to grind and use my long time legacy skill to generally have a slight grasp on what's taking place before me.
Bottom line, super sick game but damn it get's tough!
