@robertholbrook5354 This is the video on the key of E. Is there something specific you are looking for about the Key of Emajor? Maybe I can provide some content to help you. Just let me know.
Good evening PJ. Well, I'm back. I've been away on vacation for the holidays. This is a great lesson to come back to. You really broke it down for the folks. It's great to let people know that they don't have to play in one spot. The E Chord is a beautiful chord. As always keep up the great work.
A very talented organist told me something important. He said learn the basics of a song first before putting all the extra stuff in. This is a great lesson Patrick. I loose site on basics like this alot.
Thats straight wisdom! Some songs seem so complex but fundamentally they are simple. I want to improve on being able to identify those simple progressions and build from there
Happy new year. Yes you are so right I could play that minor7b5 on the first frer to lead into open E. I didn't even think of that. I'm going to practice this and incorporate it into lesson.
@percivalbenjamin2119 wow what a compliment! I really enjoy teaching. Im so glad you found benefits in this channel. I really appreciate the feedback and you deserve to grow!
Commenting for the algo with my 2c. My numbering system is based on the fret number. It's confusing to me otherwise. I'd go, for the E major scale : 0 - 2 - 4 - 5 - 7 - 9 - 11 - 12.
Thank you for the feedback. Yes the number system isn't associating with the fret number. The number system is universal and it is in reference to the degree of the major scale. I'll try and be a little more clear in the content that follows.
Hahah..i stole that open F triad shape from. You a cppl weeks ago..i like using that..God bless you brother man..hope everything is going good down there in ur place🎉
It's so handy! Easy to slide with some sweet accessible hammer ons. It just started snowing in Georgia. Pray for us. 😆 🤣 😂 we don't know what to do when it snows!
@PatrickJohnsonGuitar it's crazy because the snow barely missed us.,.you know I live walking distance from Notre Dame..but the ice down south is sometimes crazy. Definitely praying for you guys..
Dear.Beloved Brother in jesus name Thanks a lot for your amazing lesson in the key of E but a small suggestion is to make 4chord minor to add spice to the music 🎶 just you try this May God Bless you me am almost Sixty plus now am practicing daily to praise our God please pray for me thank you bye.❤
Lol sounds like you like to break the rules 😆 🤣 😂. I'm sure there are times when the minor 4 sounds good because one of my favorite chords to play is the 3 as a dominant 7! So blessings to you my friend!
Bro! Hey I been trying to learn some blues riffs. I love this one! I can’t figure it out yet but Check it out. ruclips.net/video/oFev54Bue4k/видео.htmlsi=fQoFiG2Dskz5f6ko
@ I’m getting the riff a little bit, but I’m not getting the cords that he’s playing. I’m trying to slow the video down and look at his fingers. But I love how that feels.
