My memories of their concert held in Sanremo (Italy) at the end of July 1990 are indelible!!
Freddie Hubbard is the true master craftsman of flugelhorn fingering technique
Straight from the soul, I feel so humbled.
Freddie and McCoy! Holy crap - masterful and gorgeous in every way.
This man could play a ballad!
Pure beauty!
Unico ed irripetibile grande mr Hubbard
Those two guys have been in this high-level for so long by this stage.
Bravo Freddie!!!!

When was it recorded?
it looks like it was performed in 1990 in Stuttgart :)
McCoy Tyner Trio-Freddie Hubbard , Ralph Moore with Avery Sharpe, Aaron Scott at Jazztage Stuttgart 1990.
Interesting use of 3rd value instead of 1st and 2nd. That flugel must have had tuning issues..
John P: Had to give you a thumbs down!
Maybe. Or maybe that’s just how Freddie felt like playing.
@@jpetes56 Yeah. no problems with 1&2 at 5.30.
