I have my interview August 10th. I’m so nervous, but excited. I wish I new all the questions they’d ask. Glassdoor didn’t have many
Yes it didn’t help me either which is why I made this video. Glad I could help some. Don’t be nervous just be confident and I’m sure you’ll do great. Also take an updated copy of your resume if anything on the one you submitted has changed. They may ask for it like I was asked. Good luck!

My Face to face interview is coming up in less than two weeks. February 12th.
I have a few updates since you interviewed. Luggage has changed. You buy whatever you want now as long as it's all black and it's not payroll deducted, it just needs to be black and fit frontier's Carry on size requirements. A tote bag is payroll deducted so you have to get it. Tattoos are fine now too as long as the uniform covers it up, no tattoo check 🙌🏽. People got cut after each interview and you would see people with their luggage all of a sudden just waiting to leave sitting in the lobby while you yourself are waiting for the next step. No folders were passed around. I got my CJO 9/6/19. So the process has gotten better since yours. Definitely felt more organized. I wish I saw your video before my interview. Would have made the day less stressful.

I heard the pay changed as well but I’ve been told different amounts, do you know the exact amount?
Natasha B. It's changed. We recently signed a new contract. It's $23.56 a flight hour with a $2.00 per diem. Training is in Cheyenne, Wy and your daily stipend is $33 per day.

Yeah I did my interview today. It took about 4 hours of fooling around and being told no thank you. I don't like how it feels so uncomfortable the time. I got interviewed with Spirit and I feel so welcomed and comfortable with them than Frontier
Yea it’s like that sometimes. Definitely go where you feel welcomed!

Don’t be scared. Just be confident and have that 60 second spill prepared.
I had the same question about the father and the luggage. The recruiter said by any means move any passanger. The father can assist the children after they are seated and seat belt sign is off.

I don’t remember it was a while ago. I didn’t have any tattoos at the time so I didn’t pay it that much attention.
Did you where your braids when you interviewed with Skywest?

I have a tattoo inside my inner arm would that be a problem?
I was told by one of their FAs that they have lighted up on their tattoo policy and as long as it can be covered by the uniform it’s fine.
Do you know what the logan for frontier?
why would you not double check everything on your resume to make sure it's right for a flight attendant application? all that time waiting for that interview just to be turned away bc you didn't put in the effort to read over your resume

Yes I noticed the same thing which was the inspiration to make this video. The script was nothing to be worried about. It was clearly busy work for us to do while we waited. I forgot what it said but it was something like what you hear when you board a plane.

From what I understand you can have it as long as you keep it covered by uniform or black/ dark hosiery.
Where do you find the flog? I have an interview coming up soon and trying to find someone to room with.

it’s personal preference honestly. Both get CJOs. Whatever makes you feel confident is perfect.

Hey been watching your video. Let’s say you have tattoos but you can cover them up . would they still send you home or they would accept it
I was told by a friend with tattoos that they are way more lenient with their tattoos policy so I’m sure you would be fine.

I know it’s little out of topic, but I want to ask you that did u bring only documents with you in interview? If yes, where do you keep your documents?
Like any other interview bring the basics. 2 Forms of Identification (ONE MUST BE A PASSPORT), your resume, and I would even bring your bank info to be safe.

If it’s not in the middle section of your body, they won’t allow it even if it can be covered with uniform. The director literally came into the room 5-6 times a piece in the morning and noon interviews telling us this. I wouldn’t risk it because they aren’t a second chance company. There are plenty of companies that will allow it if it can be covered with uniform just do some research on it. Frontier is the most strict company in the industry when it comes to tattoos.

What will happen if you don’t have your passport during phone interview but will have it upon f2f interview
I’m not sure but during the phone interview they ask for your passport details so I recommend having it by then.

Don’t be afraid. Just answer the questions accordingly. Safety and customer service are top things to mention and have your passport with you because they ask you to provide information from it. Good luck! You got this!

Yes they do. They were very specific about it and mentioned it several times throughout the interview.
Natasha B. What did they do for the check? Is it true they use a flashlight to see if you used makeup?
I explained it some in the video since it’s a lot to type but they definitely search you and make you take off blazers and roll up sleeves and stuff.

Yes. Just be prepared for them to search anywhere that’s not the middle of the body.

I have a phone interview but you need your passport. Will they accept the passport receipt or am I screwed? Any help is appreciated!
I have no idea. I had my passport when they called. I’m sure there’s a number you can call and ask. I called them about my flight arrangements and they worked it out for me. I’m sure they could answer your questions. It should be someone to contact on the emails they sent you.
You would need a passport they don't even accept passport card smh and it has to be valid for 6 months prior to being interviewed

At my interview they did it right after offering you the CJO.

That’s something you would have to coordinate because they can’t go to the interview with you.
Frontier is one of the WORST airlines. Read reviews by customers and employees. They are almost always late and by hours not minutes, often by 4, 5, 6 hrs. I started training w/them & noticed how they treat us like kids. The uniform is very cheap quality which they charge for, they also sell you/force down your throat a laptop bag for $59 (which you can buy online for $10). United also charges $600 for uniform, few others also charge....they're trying to make money off their employees. Honestly all domestic airlines Suck compared to overseas/International airlines. The funny thing is they all talk about "Customer Service" and how they value their employees and they are all clueless, maybe delusional.

I got a F2F with Frontier in january, and this is literally something i’ve been dying to do. I’ve submitted application for my passport but not sure it will
be here before the interview. Do you think this will be a problem ?
I don’t think so because you’ve already applied for it and it’s on the way. When did you send off your application? Did you expedite it?
@@Iamnatashab I have an appt on monday to do it and I am expediting it. I just got the email for the F2F . My fingers are crossed it’ll be back in time.
When I did mine, it took 3 weeks to get it back from the time I mailed it off to the time I received it back. So depending on when in January you have the f2f it should be back but like I said you typically don’t need it for the f2f. You do it prior to training. If they ask if you have one let them know it will arrive shortly.

I had the worst interviewer. I felt like she was in a hurry and didn't even listen to our responses. It sucked.

Np. I believe the starting hourly pay is 19.52 not sure if that has changed or not.
Pay starts when the plane leaves the gate, not just when the door closes like other airlines. Yes, 19.52

Yes they will provide your flight to the interview in Denver. *Sometimes* they will give you a discount on your hotel room.

Actually it is pretty common. You usually pay the fee over time and not all at once though. Usually payroll deducted.
How is Airbnb cost $10 a night ?
It depends on the Airbnb you decide to get. The fancier the more expensive. Similar to hotels but a more at home feel.

Oh wow so my research was accurate. I figured I made the best decision. There’s a girl in training in the class behind me from this company and another in training with PSA. That told me everything I needed to know.
