I agree about reading sceens as opposed to paper. Same words, but for some reason, apart from age, my brain does not retain the information as well, and I have to keep going back to the scren.
Have you ever had to on stick a seat if the cable wouldn't release the seat, I can find many videos on installing an emergency cable after you get the seat up, but how to on stick the seat first is always missing. Cheers Alex

Did you try pushing down on the seat while holding the key in the release position?
