@@billlear5607 I’d say around 3300-3400lbs. With it having the supercharger kit on, I expect that it’s heavier than the base 3211lbs of a 5spd GT Vert

Pretty cool that there wasnt any difference when unhooking the flowmaster catback at that power level. Just goes to show not to overthink catback choice too much and focus more on looks and sound with that. Long as you have a good free flowing exhaust with headers its good. Nice to know. I have a 750 rwhp 07 gt500 im running arh long tubes and catless h with borla stingers it sounds bad to the bone and likely isnt restricting much if any power.

@@904Saleen Long tubes should get more power out of it but then your at the limit of the bottom end.
@@JerZeyFiveOh yeah it could definitely make a little more with those, but the effort to install and the bottom end limitations aren’t really worth it. I had an opportunity to when I put this engine in but decided against it as I would’ve needed to do a tubular K member as well.

That thing needs like 4.10's or something, 3rd & 4th are super long
I've considered 3.55s, but no higher than 3.73. Car only makes power to about 5800rpm.

@@904SaleenI think it would be awesome with 4.10s if you have a good enough tire to hold it. It would be badass and super fun on the street. 373 would prob do pretty well too don't bother with 355 if you don't do at least 373 I wouldn't even bother.

What's up with the theft light going nuts?
With the MS3, they do it for the first few minutes after start up and then it shuts off. It’s because the cluster is looking for the PATS system that isn’t present anymore

Just curious with all the dyno pulls would that prematurely hurt the motor ?
Why would it be any different than driving on the street?
If revving it out hurts the motor you got much bigger issues than the dyno

@@Lethal_Venomyes I’m not necessarily referring to to just the dyno I’m referring to the fact that the car was wot about 10 times before it can even be daily driven. My car is tuned and what not but I never really push it because I get worried of it blowing because that’s all you see now A days

@@904Saleenwith your screen name you prob know more about Saleen specifically than I do but I don't see why it wouldn't help a decent bit with an old ancient blower like that there has to be improvements to be had no?
@@midnight347 the only place that porting would probably help is actually in the lower manifold just because it doesn’t flow very well. Now before I did the Tork Tech inlet elbow, the old elbow was more of a restriction than the lower. But I don’t feel like dealing with the drama of pulling that lower off if I don’t have to.
Flat shift that thing. Keep the gas pedal to the floor and shift it.
We can actually setup flat foot shifting on the MS3, but we haven’t looked into it yet. Something I expect Andrew to try out with the MS3 that’s on the way for Turdzilla

Ford's worst motor. The saleens before and after that motor made 400 n/a. Why even waste money on that motor. Put the dohc, 4 valve motor in from Lincoln.
It’s a vert and I really don’t have a ton of money invested in this power train. I have more into restoring the car itself.
And no Saleen’s made 400whp NA before this car
