Remarkably, Quint’s speech about the sinking of the USS Indianapolis is a historical fact. It really happened! His vivid description of the tragedy that resulted is one of the most epic monologues in cinematic history, and is the key to his character and his obsession with killing sharks. He smashed the radio not only because he wanted to secure the bounty and reward for killing the Great White, which is strictly a secondary consideration for him, but rather because he wanted revenge - or perhaps personal redemption - for his horrific experience, which he can only achieve by killing the man-eating shark himself.
And Robert Shaw, the actor playing Quint, wrote the monologue himself. When they first tried to shoot the scene Shaw was too drunk. Next day he was sober and wrote and performed the monologue perfectly.
@@jackhaskell694 you can tell if you watch it, in some shots, his eyes are glassy 'cause that was the drunk day & a couple other shots they are clearer!
He actually spoke to some of the survivors of the Indianapolis as part of his research into the role, which is why his description is so haunting and accurate.
Originally this movie was meant to be in a theatre, and the surround sound, and the presence of other patrons made it very suspenseful. So your reactions to the floating head scene was like others who saw the same scene. That is what makes your reaction authentic, and very human Bisscute, and it brought back memories of this movie to me as I was one of the patrons who saw it as a kid in a movie theatre. Remove the horse but keep their legs in the same shape. that's "bow-legged". I'll leave you to imagine why Quint likes swimming with bow-legged women.

Biss, I genuinely felt bad for you on the underwater jump scare. Don't worry, it gets 90% of the people who watch it. Really great reaction as always. 😊
21:41 - "What's a bow-legged woman?" - Bow-legged means having your knees really wide apart, like you're sitting on a horse. 26:55 - "Why would the barrel bring him up?" - The barrel is lightweight and full of air, so it floats. Pulling it under the water would be extremely difficult. 32:36 - "What's a cleat?" - Cleats are those metal things on the sides/back of the boat that they wrap the rope around so that they can tie it.
FYI, 25 feet is 7.6 meters. And no worries, everybody jumps at the head. Of course, it ruins the next jump scare, when Brody is shoveling the chum and the shark pops up. The line, 'you're gonna need a bigger boat' was adlibbed by Roy Scheider.
The first time I saw Jaws was in 1976. It was showing on a pulldown screen in the Edgartown Town Hall (where the city council scene was shot for the movie). The children behind me were loud and chatty and had played the chief’s sons. My doctor played the doctor who changed his autopsy report. So many of the extra are familiar faces. I enjoyed sharing your reaction.
As soon as I saw that you were reviewing Jaws, the 1st thing that popped into my little brain is 'OMG....Biss is going to jump sooooo high when that head pops out'. And look at that...I was right....lol. I saw this when I was 9. and I remember hearing the janitor in the theatre complaining because after every showing he had such a mess to clean up....popcorn spilled, drinks dropped. All because of that head popping out.
This was the all time first summer blockbuster. It came out in 75, two years before Star Wars. It was also Spielberg's first hit, and is the reason why he still won't get in a boat. He says the sharks are still looking to get revenge for making them look bad
The very first scene, where the girl swimming at night dies, her screams and the "it hurts" is 100% authentic. They had cables tied to her waist and a system under the water to pull her in different directions. The team on the shore pulled at the same time, breaking ribs and then the yanking back and forth. So the "screams of pain" and the "it hurts" are all real. They kept it in.
One of the strangest conversations I ever had was a discussion of Jaws; I'd gone to Germany as a student, and I was talking with some other students about our favorite films, and when the subject of Jaws came up, I talked about the movie in German, then did an impression of Quint's Indianapolis speech in English, then switched back to speaking German; after I was done, there was a long, stunned silence, and then one of the students asked me "Luke, what have you been drinking?"
When the woman said "24 hours is like 3 weeks" she meant that they make most of their money during the summer. What they make during the summer has to buy them food and pay their bills for the whole year. So shutting their shops for a day is the equivalent to shutting their shops for three weeks. That's the problem with living in a tourist trap town. However, that being said, NOT closing the beaches and letting people get eaten will drive the tourists away on a more permanent basis. Sure they'll have a hard year shutting down for a few days, but if the tourists don't come back, they'll have to all move to other towns that still have an economy.
I do agree that the beach should be closed in a case like that, but you hit the issue but understated the problem. For small business in tourist towns a missing a weekend like the 4th of July could cost them 1/5 of their yearly revenue. That's "being able to stay open" or "close for good" type of money. I use to live in a tourist town in Mass and yes, summer was a big deal but there were 3 weekends that were huge for the businesses in town and along the water front. 4th of July, the first weekend in August and Labor day. For a lot of the businesses, those 3 weekends were around a 1/4 of their yearly revenue. There was a bunch of store and restaurant turnover the years that we had a bad 4th and a bad Labor day weekend because of weather. Sadly that was what allowed the first of the big chain hotels and restaurants a way into the town.
"What do you call the shiny thing with fishing line around it in English?" - It's called a "Fishing Reel". Fishing rod. Fishing reel. Fishing line. 👍 Also the story Quint was telling about USS Indianapolis is a true story btw.
I'm deaf!?! I forgot about your scream during the scene where he finds the shark tooth in the hull of the boat, and then the head floats out from the hole in the boat. Always love your reactions Biss. Lots of love goes to you, stay safe and happy. 🤎🤟
I believe that was two of the loudest and best jump scares ive seen from you Biss. That first one when the head rolled out qualifies as one of the beat and loudest ive seen for any scene in any movie by any reactor. The part of a fishing pole that holds the line is called a "reel", sometimes you will hear someone say "bring your rod and reel with you" or "bring your fishin pole" both are just as common. A cleat is the little metal things on the boat and docks that you tie the rope around to secure the boat. Another masterful reaction by youtubes best reactor. ❤ from fla usa P.S. i like when youtube makes me watch your videos again, its twice the fun, but i wish these copyright issues on here would just go away for all you wonderful creators. You provide a nice respite from this crazy world and it beats watching television.

Uh huh .... Ben Gardner's boat scene usually gets everybody, but OH MY GOD< THAT WAS A HORROR MOVIE ACTRESS SCREAM! Biss, you should be an actor! That was WILD!
1:18 🤣3:28 I waved, too. I do every time. 512 times so far.17:12 And welcome to the greatest jump scare in movie history. Coming before even Carrie which is long considered the first, this one is the one that nobody sees coming, and yours was great! 25:00 The metal part of a fishing rod is the reel. Apropos of nothing, it's a boat, not a ship. There is a difference. And, Jaws is still the highest-grossing horror film of all time. (The Exorcist is #2). I very much liked your reaction. Subbed!
Quint’s monologue about the Indianapolis always gives me the chills. Just pure story form allowing the viewer to imagine the terror. For more Robert Shaw, review The Sting with Robert Redford and Paul Newman.
IT TICKS ME OFF, how the Mayor "conveniently" wore a suit to the beach, had his Kids on the beach, but browbeat a counsilman into taking HIS family out in the water. Why didn't the Mayor send his own kids into that water? The Story of the indianapolis actually happened and the numbers are correct.
The council man was complicit in the cover up. He gets out of the car with the mayor on the little ferry and is sitting at the desk in the town hall meeting. Why SHOULDN'T he get in the water? The mayor can't as he's the spokesman and has to be suited and do his job.
Great reaction. When this movie was released in 1975, I was 15 years old. My father took me and my sister to see it at a local theater. It was so popular that there were lines around the block to get into the theater. We waited in line for 2.5 hours. My wife and I watch it every July 4th weekend.
I've been watching movies since 1970... this is my #1 ... I watched this is the theatre when it came out with my cousin. I live in Southern California but I did not really go into the water after. There are many fun interesting notes about "Jaws" ... This is based on a novel by Peter Benchley who is in the movies the reporter on the beach. He also helped write the screenplay with the man who played the publisher of the town newspaper. He had major issues with Steven Spielberg's adaptation of his novel mostly the last parts. He was eventually asked to leave the set. A major story change not included in the movie was the mayor's reasons for his actions. He was indebted to the mob ... Other differences included Mrs Brody and Hooper having a brief affair, the Orca returning each night, Hooper didn't survive and how the shark was eventually killed.
"What's bow-legged women?" Imagine a woman sitting on a horse... now, erase the horse. I got to watch this in the theater when it first released. When the head popped out of the hull breach, everyone in the theater came up off of their seat, and at least half of them screamed. Being 11, I thought it was hilarious. Now that I'm 60, it still is. Nice to see that all these years later it can still make audiences bounce off their seats. Lovely reaction, dear.
@@BissFlix There's an old song that goes (in part): I like to go swimmin' with bow-legged women And swim between their legs And swim between their legs And swim between their legs
I'm the same age, and I got to see it when I was 11 too! when this came out, my whole family went to the theater to watch it. one of my uncles was seeing it with us, and he had a drink in one hand and a bucket of popcorn in the other, and when that part happened, it rained soda and popcorn all over us!
@@kingscorpion7346 Can you imagine how many tons of popcorn, sodas, and candy met with a similar fate nationwide? I bet it's still happening in America's living rooms for first-time audiences. Happy days!
Yeah running a reaction channel. You really do not need to apologize for reacting. Your reactions, especially emotional reactions, are what we are here for.
I saw this movie when I was a kid in the movie theaters. When that head popped out everybody in the theater jumped like you did lol.the little kid who blamed his brother swimming with the shark fin actually became chief of police of that Island in real life
Roy Schieder who played the police chief and add-libbed the line "We need a bigger boat..." would later appear in the TV series SeaQuest DSV where he played the captain, and he kept saying, "The boat's too big!" also, Steven Spielberg and Richard Dreyfuss would work together again 2 years later in Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
The severed head in the wreck boat jump scare gave me a near heart attack! Dad told me it had the same effect on him as well when he saw it in theaters. So much fun to watch a new audience who has never seen JAWS
36:42 Yes, and it’s also why Hooper survives. The footage of the real shark stuck in the cage was so impressive that they changed the script to let Hooper live where he originally died in the novel and screenplay.
He probably would have survived in the story anyway once Dreyfuss was cast and they rewrote Hooper into a more likeable character and added his humour. When they filmed the real shark scenes in February 1974, Dreyfuss was not yet cast as Hooper, and the early version of the script was like the book, and Hooper wasn't all that likeable in the book.
@@lyndoncmp5751 Yeah, he’s much more likable in the movie, but as stated before, in the screenplay he was suppose to die. The inside story documentary has the crew talk about the shark footage being useless because Hooper wasn’t in the cage until they just decided to not kill him off. That shark attacking that empty cage is the sole reason he doesn’t die but it honestly turned out for the best imo since he is a loved character.
@@betterthanflapjacks Yeah but as I said, Richard Dreyfuss wasn't cast as Hooper when the Taylors shot the live shark footage in February 1974, and the script and characters were completely rewritten as principle filming began in May 1974. It's likely Hooper would have been allowed to live as he became a more likeable character. Benchley's original script, which the Taylors had to go on, was largely re-written months later by Carl Gottlieb, Spielberg and even the actors. I personally don't think they would have killed the Dreyfuss Hooper off. Interestingly, the original Benchley script called for the shark to be scarred so Valerie attached some of her lipstick onto a long stick and tried to 'paint' on some scars. The Taylors also tried to get more shark footage in March and then again in April but failed both times, due to the weather and local abalone divers threatening them and telling them to stop chumming the sharks. This is all in Valerie's book Great Shark Stories. There is a chapter on the filming of Jaws. The footage we see in the film was shot on 26th February and the shark was a 13 ft male.
Agree, I always get a little annoyed when people heap disgust on the mayor and town business owners for not wanting their entire livelihood’s destroyed. Particularly in the beginning with only one victim … Ya, let’s close down the beaches and shut down the entire economy so can all go on food stamps for the winter just on the off chance that this attack is not just a one off.
@@BissFlix And this is what makes the story great, all the conflicts, not always making the right choice but the best choice with what information you only have at the time. In hindsight looking back you can say they weren't the right choices.
Barrels are full of air and want to float. So every time the shark pulls a barrel underwater, the barrel is constantly trying to pull the shark towards the surface.
ROFL... 😁 The guys are showing off their battle scars with sharks... And not to be left out or outdone, Biss shares her little rollerskating boo-boo. Haha. Adorable.
In a way I feel sorry for the shark, it can't go on land to get food, so it has to hunt food in the water. People go in the water where the sharks hunt and attacks are impossible to avoid.
Great reaction! The jump scares are fine, definitely adds to your videos. Here Biss, a pretzel for you! The metal part with the wire as you called it is the "reel" on a fishing rod. Yup the barrel wears them out when its underwater because its trying to float up and it takes a lot of effort to keep it underwater. 25 feet is 7.6m!
The first ever modern summer blockbuster...Everyone screams at the whole in-the-boat moment, you should have been in our cinema when it happened. I don't think the shark realized that was an anti-shark cage.
The shark is named Deep Blue (you were oh so close!) and is probably the largest great white shark ever filmed (it wasn't caught). Deep Blue is estimated at 20 feet long.
Welcome to the club Biss! My GRANDMOTHER of all people had me watch this when I was like 5 or 6 years old and I have been TERRIFIED of the water ever since! Like I’ll go on holiday to Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus in areas with lovely beaches and I will only go ankle deep. Beyond that is an absolute no go for me. What’s funny is that to try to get over it, I have watched numerous shark documentaries, I’ve watched shark week religiously (even when it’s been stupid) and even though I know an attack is unlikely etc. I am still terrified. Oh, and that same Grandmother also made me watch Arachnophobia in 1991/1992 and gave me a lifelong fear of spiders that I didn’t have before watching that movie 😂😂😂 … she was a bit crazy that one! My mum told me her thought process was if I was exposed to it at a young age in a movie where I know it’s fake then I wouldn’t be scared - but as a 5/6 year old I didn’t know movies weren’t real
One of the greatest aspects of this movie is the dynamic between the 3 on the Orca. Everyone remembers it as how they struggled against not getting along, the arguments and power battles, which is great. But from the first time I saw the film as a kid at the time, I remember admiring each of them, that they were all masters of something different. They were heroes all. I remember wishing they would just respect each other's gifts, and the shark wouldn't stand a chance against them united. It's just how the movie struck me early on, and still does in fact. Very nearly my favorite movie ever, certainly one of my first.
Good reaction, Biss. This was my father's favourite movie. Came out the same year I was born. Now, as for the question, "What is a bow-legged woman" -- a woman with bow legs is someone whose legs are in the shape of a bow (Bow & Arrow). In other words, a woman whose legs are used to a lot of lovin' if you know what I mean haha
Cool fact; Bruce the Shark actually paid off those two kids with the fake shark fins to distract everyone so he could swim into the pond without the guns trained on him
For those unaware, the actress who played the first victim had a custom harness made of 2 life jackets, rigged to steel wires that ran under submersed concrete blocks, to two teams on either end of the beach. When Spielberg first yelled "action" both teams ran at the same time, constricting the vest-rig and breaking several ribs so that when they pulled her through the water she was in agony. When she is screaming for help and mercy - she was not acting. Whilst this is a horrifying, the actress allowed Spielberg to keep it in the film as it worked so well for the scene!
This isn’t true. They were scared she COULD get hurt and her screams were done in post production. Susan also denied this as well and another fun fact to know is Steven gave the final tug because he wanted it done a certain way.
A great reaction to a classic movie by a beautiful reactor (and I love your accent) ❤ You don't need to be too concerned about sharks. Each year, about 10 people are killed by sharks worldwide, while about 100 million sharks are killed by people, so I think the sharks have more to fear from us than we do from them. This is one of Spielberg's first movies and still one of his best. The crew had constant problems with the mechanical sharks (nicknamed Bruce, after Spielberg's lawyer). That's why you hardly see them for the first half of the film, thus cementing Spielberg's reputation as a master of suspense. There were several mechanical sharks used, including one with foam rubber jaws and teeth for the scene where Quint gets eaten. The classic line "You're gonna need a bigger boat" was ad-libbed by Roy Sheider (Brody). Spielberg was known for giving his actors permission to improvise. The reporter on the beach was played by Peter Benchley, who wrote the book on which this movie is based. Richard Dreyfuss (Hooper) was recommended to Spielberg by his friend George Lucas, who had worked with Dreyfuss on American Graffiti. He initially turned down the role, but was eventually convinced to take it. He later had nothing but praise for Spielberg, who was still relatively unknown at the time. Another great Spielberg/Dreyfuss movie is Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977) If you liked Robert Shaw (Quint), you should watch The Sting (1973), with Robert Redford and Paul Newman.
Saw this in theater in 1975 and discovered the thrill of what would later be in watching reaction videos. When that head popped out of that hole, my entire row screamed and reeled back. I swear the row must have ripped off the floor and moved back a few inches. Everyone just started laughing and yelling in relief afterwards, like the end of a roller coaster ride. I went back and saw it six more times just to watch people’s reactions. I paid for friends and classmates tickets so I could watch them scream! I discovered an ‘optical illusion’ in the head popping out. The highlight and shadows on the head give a brief second illusion of a shark with wide open jaws and sharp teeth. Your subconscious picks this up and you react screaming! Biss! I loved your scream! Brought back wonderful childhood memories! Heh heh heh…The author Peter Benchley is that Clark Kent looking reporter on the beach. He knew to stay on dry land. LOL

Definitely one of the most greatest screamers ever on RUclips!! Classic!! 🦈😱😭🥶🥴😵😆😅🤣😂👏🙌🙏👍❤🎉
That’s hilarious 😂
Star Wars wasn't even a summer release technically. It came out in the spring.
Hahaha thats funny
What was your reply to the student?

Great reaction vid. The jump scares were great, but my favourite line was " that thing just ding-donged". 😁
@17:07 arguably one of the greatest jump scares in film history. I can only imagine the movie theatre reaction when the movie was initially released.
Hahaha it got me, glad you enjoyed the reaction
"What do you call the shiny thing with fishing line around it in English?" - It's called a "Fishing Reel".
Fishing rod.
Fishing reel.
Fishing line.
👍
Also the story Quint was telling about USS Indianapolis is a true story btw.
"Knock, knock; It's me" You're killing me smalls~
I'm deaf!?! I forgot about your scream during the scene where he finds the shark tooth in the hull of the boat, and then the head floats out from the hole in the boat. Always love your reactions Biss. Lots of love goes to you, stay safe and happy. 🤎🤟
Thank you, happy you loved it
I believe that was two of the loudest and best jump scares ive seen from you Biss. ❤ from fla usa
P.S. i like when youtube makes me watch your videos again, its twice the fun, but i wish these copyright issues on here would just go away for all you wonderful creators. You provide a nice respite from this crazy world and it beats watching television.
Thank you, I wish that too but what can you do . Thanks for watching
Considered by MANY to be the PERFECT movie and also Spielberg's crowning achievement. He was only 25 when he shot this..
Oh wow
He was born in 1946.
There are many music and video reactors on RUclips. But few are both entertaining and analytical with their reactions.
If anyone on RUclips deserves to be a professional critic of both music and movies its definitely bisscute.
Awww thank you so much
Subbed!
It's a great movie! Glad you re-uploaded this. Nice reaction
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks
Quint’s monologue about the Indianapolis always gives me the chills. Just pure story form allowing the viewer to imagine the terror. For more Robert Shaw, review The Sting with Robert Redford and Paul Newman.
Quint is one of the best characters ever written. The scene where talks about the Indianapolis is incredible.
@MrsBiss_FlixYT huh?
@MrsBiss_FlixYT is it a translation thing, will be for was
Thanks for watching. sorry about the previous msgs, it was a scam bot. they got banned
Hooper: The shark, he is a night feeder.
Kintner boy: No he isnt...
The date in the movie is wrong. It was July 30 not June 30.
The council man was complicit in the cover up. He gets out of the car with the mayor on the little ferry and is sitting at the desk in the town hall meeting. Why SHOULDN'T he get in the water? The mayor can't as he's the spokesman and has to be suited and do his job.
Theee BEST scream I’ve ever heard a reactor do…..lol
I haven't been in the ocean since 1975
Your reactions are priceless, and your intellect shines through every comment.
The head popping out the hole in the boat is still one of the best jump scares in movie history.
...and it was filmed as an afterthought during editing.
@@Paul_1971 I didn't know that. Good decision to put it in.
@@DerekStirling-u2j Spielberg felt one more scare was needed in post production, so he shot the scene in the editor Verna Field's outside pool!
Great reaction. When this movie was released in 1975, I was 15 years old. My father took me and my sister to see it at a local theater. It was so popular that there were lines around the block to get into the theater. We waited in line for 2.5 hours. My wife and I watch it every July 4th weekend.
Wonderful reaction. Thank you for re upload on youtube. 😊😊❤❤
I remember when this movie first came out. It was the first of its kind and at that time it did seem real. No one went to the beach that summer!!
It’s great
I've been watching movies since 1970... this is my #1 ...
Biss , for me , you made a fantastic movie even better. And I loved your screams.
Wow, thank you
"What's bow-legged women?" Imagine a woman sitting on a horse... now, erase the horse.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed the reaction
@@BissFlix There's an old song that goes (in part):
I like to go swimmin' with bow-legged women
And swim between their legs
And swim between their legs
And swim between their legs

When that head popped out everybody in the theater jumped like you did lol.the little kid who blamed his brother swimming with the shark fin actually became chief of police of that Island in real life
Must have been quite the scene
Roy Schieder who played the police chief and add-libbed the line "We need a bigger boat..." would later appear in the TV series SeaQuest DSV where he played the captain, and he kept saying, "The boat's too big!"
also, Steven Spielberg and Richard Dreyfuss would work together again 2 years later in Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
the muffin man was a serial killer and ring around the rosies was about the black plague lol
oh?
1:20 I don't have a fear of open water, but super deep water creeps me out.
The story about the Indianapolis is true.
This was Steven Spielberg's first really big Blockbuster. It's what made his career. 😊
The severed head in the wreck boat jump scare gave me a near heart attack! Dad told me it had the same effect on him as well when he saw it in theaters.
So much fun to watch a new audience who has never seen JAWS
It wasn't the money. The Radio was a protagonist in a mutiny. It had to be taken out.
Came for the head jump scare , you didn’t disappoint !🤣😂😅😂
Great reaction young lady, loved the jump scares and thank you!!!😂
Thank you so much, happy you liked it
Glad to see this back up. Biss has a great reaction to a certain scene. Just make sure to cover your ears.
You're right. The Cage Scene was filmed with a real shark and Hooper was doubled by a little person to make the shark look bigger.
Thanks for watching
TBF to the Townies, their whole annual income is made during the summer months.
Agree. It wasn't about greed, it was literally about survival. Summer towns are broke AF the rest of the year. \m/
I get that but like if you sacrifice the town people to keep it open. then you might end up closing forever over the fear instead of 1 closure
@@BissFlix And this is what makes the story great, all the conflicts, not always making the right choice but the best choice with what information you only have at the time. In hindsight looking back you can say they weren't the right choices.
"Can we go home now?"
Never forgot that line.
The shark suit...you made me laugh so much..crazy crazy you...Thanks....
Thanks for the watch
The hair and the tan makes me feel like you're at the beach watching. Nice reaction to a classic!
Barrels are full of air and want to float. So every time the shark pulls a barrel underwater, the barrel is constantly trying to pull the shark towards the surface.
ROFL... 😁
The guys are showing off their battle scars with sharks...
And not to be left out or outdone, Biss shares her little rollerskating boo-boo. Haha.
Adorable.
Haha
The mayor is as big a villian as the shark
It's because in the book he's more afraid of the Mafia's loan sharks
In a way I feel sorry for the shark, it can't go on land to get food, so it has to hunt food in the water. People go in the water where the sharks hunt and attacks are impossible to avoid.
Hi Biss! Thanks for re-uploading! My all time favorite movie.
Hi, no problem. thanks for watching it again
Awesome reaction of my favorite Jaws movie!!!!😊😊😊😊😊
Thank you!!
Thank you so much
The music really helps the film
Thanks for watching
Absolutely loved your shark costume intro ... wasn't long enough :) Keep up the good work.
The first ever modern summer blockbuster...Everyone screams at the whole in-the-boat moment, you should have been in our cinema when it happened. I don't think the shark realized that was an anti-shark cage.
THanks for watching
YES... Thank you Biss for watching this finally. I have not even watched the reaction yet. I was just so excited to see it was Jaws.

The actress who played the 1st victim died comparatively recently 😢🎩
No she died at the start 🙂
Here in Wisconsin, we love to make fun of accents in other states. We're allowed, because everyone makes fun of our accent!
Indeed!
@@JeremyNiemczyk ... Yah, sure, you bet'cha, eh?
Haha interesting
But if she has an arrow between her legs, it might not be a real woman.
Thank you
Thanks for reposting this. I didn't get to see your reaction the first time around and I love this movie, and you of course.
Glad you enjoyed it
10 thousand was worth 10 thousand back then
wow thanks
There are some conflicting reports on this story. The actress herself said that she wasn't that hurt and the reports were exaggerated.
This isn’t true. They were scared she COULD get hurt and her screams were done in post production.
Susan also denied this as well and another fun fact to know is Steven gave the final tug because he wanted it done a certain way.
Oh interesting, i was not aware. thanks
Great job again Biss! One of the best of MANY reactions I have watched of this absolute classic 🙂💯
Wow, thank you
A great reaction to a classic movie by a beautiful reactor (and I love your accent) ❤
You don't need to be too concerned about sharks.
Another great Spielberg/Dreyfuss movie is Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977)
If you liked Robert Shaw (Quint), you should watch The Sting (1973), with Robert Redford and Paul Newman.
LOL
Glad you enjoyed this movie!! Thank you for reacting to a classic!!
Glad you enjoyed it
