Red purple onion works very well indeed! Also, make your own mayo and you can put whatever green leaves you want: cilandro, thyme, coriander… that also works! I pan the sandwich then 5 min in the over at 200C. Air fryer should work well (it is a very hot oven after all.

I just put mine to the fish setting for four or five minutes but the temperature I used is 400 degrees Fahrenheit
