It's your wedding, I think you can do whatever you want! Although I always recommend having some type of food or snack when serving alcohol, even with just Mimosas. Could be as simple as assorted pastries/donuts/bagels

I was just wondering what usually happens with cleaning up after the party? Is that something the venue takes care of or do you have to hire someone?
It depends on the venue! Definitely a good question to ask when venue shopping and review their clean-up policies in any contracts you sign
