You forgot to also give name tags to the Allay so they don't despawn. I made a farm like this a few weeks ago using a campfire instead of water and the Allay despawn after you load the chunk for this farm a few times.
How can u give all of the allays name tags when they‘re all in one block?
@@alnaprno8456 You can give them names while you're breeding them before you put them into the one block.
If you give any things to a allay then it will never despawn
