Awesome video - worked like a charm. Had to change out my motor also due to shaft play of about 1.5 inches.

I have the right part number but my belt just seems too small. I can't get it around the large pulley far enough to even get it to spin and get on right?.

Replaced the belt, but it keeps sliding off the pulley.

Belt slipping might be due to a worn pulley or worn motor shaft which the pulley mounts to - mine had about 2 inches of play. Changed the motor, swapped over the pulley and bolted it down - no more belt slip. Hope this helps.

I could grab the bar that holds the pulley and pull it in and out about 1.5 inches. check that also.

How do you remove the whole top of this washing machine shown in this video. Mine is leaking from the top left, when filling up with water. But I can not see where. I need to remove the whole top.
