Marvin Jr oughta go reconnect with his buddy, CJ Stroud.
Tell me that combination wouldn't be fire in the NFL.

I really enjoy your videos and appreciate your love for college football. You seem to have an open mind about the sport and it’s many stories. The only thing I would add is that the term “generational talent” has been thrown around far too easily over the last few years. By media and content creators alike.
There seems to be a “generational talent or two every single year. Some of these players are great and talented but no more than their predecessors. Jaxson Smith-Njigba was like this… then he got hurt and outshined by Harrison. Remember Josh Rosen? Yeah, not so generational. Leonard Fournette? Good player, far from great. Kyle Pitts? Good first year, next year not so much. My point is, these guys are talented and may have good college and/or pro careers. There are only a select few truly generational or transcendent talents. Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Jordan and Lebron, Dirk, Steph Curry and Luka.
In football,Brady and Mahomes. Elway and Rodgers. Megatron and Randy Moss. Prime Time and Barry Sanders. JJ Watt and Reggie White. Let’s give these guys a chance to prove themselves over time in college and the pros. 99% of these guys will never meet the potential of a truly “generational talent”. I would bet any amount of money that next season there will be another crop of these so called talents…and again the next year. If everyone is special, then no one is.
Once again I love the content. I just had to get that off my chest. 🤷😂 I wish you much success. 👍

i agree, generational means you expect to see it once in a generation. so there can't be multiple generational talents every year lol

And the subsequent crying about taking a clean hit!

  • @jimpann

That was not a cheap shot. He was inbounds and got hit with a vicious clean shoulder pad. If it was an illegal hit the officials would have applied the correct ruling. I am glad Marvin Jr recovered. SEC elite play, it just means more.

Because it was originally ruled as targeting on the field, the replay can only confirm/deny the ruling. The replay cannot change what the penalty is.
This was not targeting. I do believe it was UR on a defenseless receiver. The defender could have played the ball (punched at it) in an attempt to break up the pass, instead of using his shoulder up high on a defensless player.
Either way, hospital ball by Stroud, should have thrown it to the corner instead of the middle of the field.

Playing against those horrific BIG10 defenses helps a lot. Marvin Jr is good talent yes. Playing against SEC talent for 8 games and his numbers would probably be 30% off. Hope he has a fun season he’s a great young man.

No fck it want he come to SEC he will kill.Put him with Bryce Young last year see what will happen or putt him with Anthony Richardson. He gave SEC best defense trouble even with double team.Kirby Smart said it himself he's great said they wasn't worry about TCU because they no Marvin Harrison.

Pretty sure ohio state has sent 3 receviers in the first round the last 2 years and they are all balling out in the NFL. Probably send 2 more this upcoming draft pretty sure those boys could play in any conference
