For a moment, Nishida broke, looking lost. Before he regained his footing and found the courage to glare at his boss. "Then... I'll just have to make you accept it!" A grin broke through Majima's face, a chuckle nearly escaping him. He turned back to his bowl and hurriedly slurped down the remaining noodles and broth before slamming it down with a satisfied sigh. Wiping his lips with his sleeve, Majima left the stand and stood in the rain. Nishida looked at him in confusion as his boss just stayed there. "Well? What are ya doing?! I thought ya were gonna make me see reason? So come on, little kitty cat. Show me ya got claws!" Wordlessly, Nishida nodded and stepped out into the alleyway, his glare never faltering. The two of them stared each other down as the rain slowly ceased. Without warning, they both roared and reared back their heads, meeting each other in a headbutt. *NISHIDA* *LIEUTENANT OF THE MAJIMA FAMILY, A TOJO CLAN SUBSIDIARY* The two of them flinched, recoiling from the hit before quickly planting their feet and slipped into their respective stances. I FEEL LIKE I'M GOIN' INSANE!'' *Majima, for the first time in his life, stood dumbfounded. It was like a cloud had been lifted from his mind - Why WAS he setting up all these crazy traps for Kiryu, and above all using the family to do it? He thought for a moment, and realised; He had no idea.* Majima: ''...I'm sorry, Nishida.'' Nishida: ''You're- Wait, what? You're... sorry?'' Majima: ''I.. Truth be told, I ain't always sure why I'm always lookin' ta fight Kiryu-chan myself. Sometimes I'm bored, sometimes I just need somethin' to do. But you're right; It's always you and the Family who get hurt the most. Hell, sometimes he and I walk away completely fine. But... you've made me realise. I gotta treat ya better, 'cause then... Well fuck, then I won't have much of anythin'.'' *Nishida stands up once again, wiping tears from his face. He was confused; Goro Majima apologising? He'd only ever heard rumours of it, but here the guy was, pouring his heart out. Neither men looked at each other at this time, but in all likelihood, both were about to break into tears at any moment.* Nishida: ''I guess... I guess I'm willing to give it another shot. But you gotta promise to be better, Majima. Not just to me, either, but to the whole Family.'' Majima: ''Yeah... Yeah, OK. From now on, I'm gonna become a better boss to everyone at Majima Construction. No more flimsy screamin' and shit like that. Just respect.'' *At this, the two of them laughed briefly. Nothing big; Just a short, but happy, chuckle. And then they walked with each other, back into Kamurocho to make something fun of the night.*

Majima decided to grant Nishida anything he desires, and Nishida chose a fight with Majima himself, to test his strength. Of course, Majima won the fight, but a "Survived" results against the boss was considered a victory for Nishida.
