After replacing the board don't we need to reprogramm it ? I am installing a new one on a WHIRLPOOL model WRF555SDFZ but there is no code in the label. These main control boards like the one shown in this video do not require any programming. Your model number is incomplete, but it doesn't look like yours would require programming either.
I have a kitchenaid KBRA20EMWH and my fridge started making click noise followed by buzzing for 5 seconds and ends with another click. I followed your video how to test the compressor start mechanism and everything tested good. I noticed that if i unplug the fridge for 5 minutes and then plug it back in the fridge stopped making the clicking/buzzing noise for about 5-6 hours and everything is cold inside and also making ice but then the clicking returns and the fridge starts to slowly get warmer where the ice cubes start to melt after a day.. I think it might be a main control board issue but I can't seem to find it. There is no back panel at the back of the fridge except the one that's covering the compressor. Just wanted to look at the main board to see if any capacitor have swollen or if there is any visible damage burn marks.. Can't find any info on where the main board is for this refrigerator. I checked your site for parts and you carry parts for kitchenaid KBRA20EMWH.
This model refrigerator does not have any control boards. You will need to try to isolate which component is making the buzzing and click noise. It could be the start relay and overload making the noise. If those components are testing good, then the compressor may be bad.
It looks like this board is the updated part number for my WP WRF7757SDHV00. The original board that it came from the manufacturer with has been replaced by this part number. Will my fridge require any programming because of this part number change? Thank you!

I run the diagnostics test, which turns the fridge/freezer back on at the conclusion of the tests. . Will this part W10843055 fix this issue? Fridge is about 5 years old. The Whirlpool tech stated I needed to replace W11387386 (Electronic Control) and W10830288 (LED Power Supply Board) as well.
We can't diagnose problems like this over a RUclips comment, but it sounds like you are on the right track. If the power to the refrigerator is good and it is not powering on, we would start with either the Main Control Board W10843055 or the Power Supply Control Board W10830278. Diagnostic tests usually won't help when a control board is failing because you will not get accurate results.
-additionally the current remedy is to unplug wait 3min and it will turn back on when pluggedin. Once plugged in I can hear clicking before it starts (perhaps the relays).
