@nenamoree9 tru, hopefully if they end up adding it Fully they'll think of a uniquely minecrafty way of having them in the game without clashing with builders visions.
I hope that the ambience-nature thing will be a full update, not a drop. Minecraft needs a lot of environment upgrades like complicated weather systems, more plants in some biomes (f.e. savanna, birch forest), generation upgrade (strange cannal like rivers and small oceans), biom mobe variations, new animations for old mobs, more complicated mobs' behaviours and mechanics, environmental sounds for Overworld and many many more. And I speak only about "nature" and not about things like old structures, villagers, illagers etc.
Minecraft has set itself with permanence with terrain in biomes with the exception of snow. Cherry blossom trees only show up in certain places of the world at certain times, yet Mojamg wanted it to be a permanent thing that isn’t only around in certain places at a certain time. I believe it’s not in their philosophy to add seasons. The only thing like that are biomes, where grass and leaves colors change depending on location, not time.
If it is a seasons update, I hope they change up farming too. In the mod Better than Adventure crop growth and fishing rates are all controlled by the seasons, so it would be awesome to see that in the vanilla game.
They could add seasons as an optional feature that you can turn on or off on the menu of the game, but once you begin a new world, you can't change the season setting just like you can't change your world from hardcore without cheating. Of course, it could be a problem if you have a world that you generated in a previous version. So, for them, I think they could give us the option to turn on or off the season, and, after that, you will not be able to change it afterwards. It could be a nice way of testing the acceptance of this feature by the community while not disturbing those who don't want to use it.
The footage you use on your videos are lagged. I went through this problem as well in another channel that I have. You can fix it by lowing the fps of the game and of your recording software to 30 fps. You could think that 30 fps is bad, but, to be honest with you, I don't think the recording ends up bad at all. My laptop is a 10 generation i3 with 8g of ram. I use OBS to record and Kdenlive to edit and render my videos. My recording run pretty nice (the majority of the time) with that settings. If you wish, you could try to do that as well.
ngl after the garden awakens update ive pretty much completely lost faith in future minecraft updates. 1.21 seemed very promising when the snapshots first started coming out but then mojang nerfed literally everything useful into obsolescence, except the crafter. it felt more like it was trying to shut up the people who actually do more than just build than give them something for once. the garden update just feels like slop. thats it. literally everything here is just building blocks, which as a programmer, i know for a fact cannot be hard to make. there is nothing of use in the pale garden, there is no reason to find one unless you really want white wood or orange bricks. its all low quality slop.
@@hhff8534 I also do pixel art for my projects. am I as good at it as the professionals? no. but does it take 6 months to make 20 16x16 textures? I'd doubt it. I was referring to the actual block as nothing more than the files. Assuming they're good at their jobs, all they need to do to make a new building block is copypaste any block, then change its name string. After that, you change its textures, but in no world does it take 6 months to make retextured bricks that just look orange. this shit's easy, most of the work is on the texture artists, which would take a month at the very most.
@@VladdyDaddy45 they didn't just add the blocks. They added the biome, the creaking with it's mechanics, changes to existing features and tons of under the hood datapack changes. And it didn't take 6 months, it was a drop, which came about 2 months after the bundle drop. Also, afaik the only 2 things which were nerfed was the copper bulb, which received a minor downgrade while keeping it's primary use of a t flip flop, and the mace which a lot of players asked to be nerfed.
slop being a term dependant on personal use to you is funny, i dont care for the drop either but the idea that they could add some use to resin and no matter how complex adding it is it makes it "not slop" is laughable
What do you think the recent teasers could be for?
I wouldn't mind them adding season as long as they're not absolutely FORCED on me. I want to be able to disable them.
There would 1000% be a gamerule for that. You can already disable weather with a gamerule, and this is just an extension of weather
It could be amazing, but if my very specificly colour coated forest just start changing colours that'll be a problem.
In snapshots (if it actually gets added), it will be an experimental feature which means you can turn it on/off when creating a world

just like survivalcraft 2.4!
I think there should be season-like biomes, but the world itself should change as much with time. Timelessness of Minecraft World is a great feature.
1:20 have you ever heard of vintage storty? lol
It really depends on how they would do seasons.
I don't like seasons, and am glad you were right that they wouldn't happen. I doubted it too.

Bro you need to turn your settings down or something how do you play with such an unstable framerate

as a programmer, you know for a fact that art is easy to make? seems like a flawed argument

Building is the key point in the game. You could remove redstone, pvp, exploring, literally everything, but if you keep building its still Minecraft.
They should fix everything wrog with the game instead of adding more slop to the pile.
