This is so cool! I have a question though. Why do all of this over simple shading? Is it a comic book industry thing, or just a stylistic choice? Like it’s faster to just shade with the side of a pencil. Just curious.
Thank you! When there are so many lines, the drawings look more alive and look a bit like they move. And that’s important in a medium where you have just pics 😅☺️🙏🏼🙏🏼

1) was there a specific person that influenced you that you learned this shading style from?
2) could you still do this style with the blue staedtler lead holder like what David finch uses?

Well, there are many influences, but actually this is quite simple and comes from alone I would say. And yes, you can also use these pencils ✌🏻
