Haha, I used to do that too! The in-game music didn't really excite me so I'd play the Eurobeat mix from time to time which made the races a lot more intense. Although, I'm sure my average speed went down from all those attempts at amateur drifting that came with It ;)

Who ever did the video footage is a master and deserves a raise, this has better angles and dramatism than most of the action movies out there. And to top it with eurobeat just improves it a lot aswell.

I probably don't get just how slowly they're both driving, but it takes balls to race right at the edge of a mountain even if they're going pretty slow- especially since they're both driving really heavy, awkward vehicles. (Probably...)

I've had this video favorited for over a year and I still want more context.
The bus footage is from a TV dramatic re-enactment of a story where a bus carrying miners down a mountain lost its brakes, so it kept getting faster, and another bus had to come in front and use its brakes to slow it down so they didn't fall off the road.
This youtuber took that footage, cut it up and matched it up with a song from Initial D, because the footage can be cut together to make the two buses look like they're racing.
