I went to my son’s school today to have lunch with him and he tells me that your video should be out by now. So now I’m sitting in the 7th grade cafeteria with 13 boys gathered around my son’s iPad while we watch your video. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤😊
I was so into your video when you said “this roast smells so good, take a whiff”. I literally bent my head down and sniffed my iPad. Good grief..I’m losing it. Lol. Love your cooking style.
We love Gracie Lou. Today it was hard seeing her because yesterday we said goodbye to our Fuzz Butt. He was almost 16 years old and loved cheese too. Every time we see Gracie we always think of how much she is like our Fuzzy. Seeing her today hurt but made me smile too because she reminds us so much of our Fuzz. Thank you for sharing her with us. We think she's adorable. Keep giving her the cheese!
When pizza dough doesn't stretch... it needs some time to relax... sounds silly but it works... just cover it with a bowl and walk away for 20 minutes... then come back and it will roll out like a charm...
6:04 no matter how many times I see the stromboli video I have to smile as I remember struggling with pizza dough for the first time.😊 Also have to giggle when Gracie gets so vocal about the cheese.
I love how expressive your husband is when he bites into the foods. I used to love cooking, more because of the happy reactions of those for whom I cooked (coworkers, mostly), and I do miss that. I cook only for myself now, but I need to get back to making really good food for myself, not the "Meh..who cares?" food I've been doing.
Merry Christmas to you and your whole family, Mandy. I am fairly new to your channel and, I have to say, it has quickly become one of my very favorites. I love the way you and Steven interact in the kitchen. It's very evident that you have a happy marriage. My husband passed away 25 years ago. You two remind me so much of the way we were.
Roby, you'll love Mandy and her family. Her, Jessica O'Donohue, Falon at Moss family TV, and a few others are my go-to ladies when I need a new recipe.
Watching you cook makes me want to cook again. 😊 I live alone at 78 years and just don’t cook anymore.😢. I love how easy you make it seem and so delicious looking dinners!!❤
One of the many things I love about your channel and the recipes you share is that you can accommodate them to your specialty. Like I can't eat corn, beans, and etc. But you can still make delicious meals. Thank you for all you do, Mandy.
I've recently been told I cannot eat corn beans nuts etc. Will you tell me what you replace beans with? I love me some pinto beans but I can't have them 😞.. which is what I would use to make the chicken chili with.
An easy way to drain the grease from ground beef is to stir around a white paper towel; I like it because it makes clean-up easy, and it is really efficient. Your family brings great joy to my life; thank you! Your relationship with Steven is just like mine was with my Tom. who died in 2011. It really is a pleasure to watch you two. However, Steven is great with food analysis. Once I had a new recipe, and I watched and watched, and no response, so I said, "Since you are on your third helping, I guess you like it," Twinkling eyes and the comment was: "it's passably okay!: LOL What a teaser he was. God bless your family, and I wish you a happy and holy Christmas! Thank you for all you do.
I love your easy recipes! I'm a terrible cook, I'm still learning, lol. I have 2 kitchen helpers. One named Daisy Duke, and one named Gink. They like Gracie love cheese!
Variation on the stromboli: crescent roll sheet with breakfast sausage, salami, ham, and cheddar cheese. Brush the tops with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake until golden (usually a bit longer than the crescent sheet directions) and at the temperature specified on the crescent sheet. My whole family loves this!
I was so glad to see that the BBQ bacon cheddar meatloaves were on this list. That was definitely a winner with my husband and I. I just made them the other day. I'll be making chicken lo mein tonight and will put the Mongolian beef on my next meal plan. Merry Christmas to y'all from Greenville, Georgia !🎄❤
OMG I'm dying laughing at you with that pizza dough! I would be right there with you! LOL Thanks for all of the recipes and laughs!!!! I love your family!
I want to try the stromboli, but so far the KFC chicken bowls are a huge hit at my house. Such comfort food during this cold winter in Wyoming. The meal is huge, and lasts for several days. Left overs are even better! Love watching your channel. You have given me so many new recipe ideas.
I found your channel yesterday and I had everything to make the BBQ Bacon Cheddar meatloaf mini loaves - WOW! What a home run and win for my dinner rotation lineup! I am always searching for a good meatloaf recipe (besides my grandmothers which is very tasty) and this is it! Search is over! If you aren’t a fan of meatloaf, this recipe will change your mind! I do believe that using the right kind of bacon is rather important. I used applewood smoked thick sliced bacon 4-1/2 pieces. You deserve a round of applause for this recipe!!! Subscribed ! ♥️♥️ your Gracie kitty - she reminds me of my old girl. She also looks like she has cataracts like my kitty currently. Gracie’s a beautiful furbaby ♥️
I just found your channel and yesterday I think I watched over 6 hours of your videos while doing my chores! I love cooking and finding channels like yours, you cook like I do making a recipe your own. You really gave me alot of ideas and I actually made the Stromboli yesterday for dinner and it was a hit. You and your "common-tater" kept me entertained thru the snowstorm yesterday. Thanks for all the great ideas!
I use the Pioneer Woman's cheat when it comes to the dough but follow your recipe for everything else. She uses Rhodes Bake-N-serve bread dough, from the freezer section. Follow package instructions and once the dough is thawed and doubled in size just roll it out. It worked great when I tried it. I don't know how the taste compares to the pizza dough but my family did not complain and we didn't have any left overs.
My husband and I just recently found your channel and we really enjoy it. You guys are down to earth and so fun to watch. After every video he puts in his recipe requests. 😂 And It is very rare I want to try all the recipes in one video but I just added every single ones of these to our January menu. Thank you so much!!
I CANNOT wait to try each of these recipes!! Pretty sad to be so excited over recipes. I’m really excited about the meatloafs!! Mandy thank you so much for all the recipes & laughs. Y’all are fabulous! God Bless
My husband and I are obsessed with your videos. I’ve started a Pinterest board titled “Mandy in the Making Recipes.” We love your food, your family and that adorable Gracie Lou. My six year old little boy just loves her and her love of cheese. Your channel makes me want to cook more, so thank you!
We tried the stromboli for the first time last night for dinner. It will be a repeat recipe for sure! Found out that the pizza dough rolled out smoother if it was still chilled. Love your videos! My husband (the cook) & I watch them together! Love Miss Gracie Lou too! Our three pups love cheese too!😂
This Killer white chicken chili was the BEST!! Hands down really hands up in the air because it was so good! My picky eater husband even loved it! We are trying to Korean Beef tacos tomorrow. Thank you for sharing all these recipes. I have followed for a long time now, and have tried many recipes! Looking forward to many more with you.
I am actually making Stromboli tonight!! Kroger has a cool packaged pizza dough on parchment that you just unroll, and there it is - perfect rectangle. I love everything you show us. Really great recipes and instructions to get there! Thank you, and Merry Christmas!
Omg i cant decide which one im gonna make first. They all look so good. Love Coles reaction to the meatloaf. Im getting an insta pot for christmas and cant wait to try the white chicken chili. Never had it before but am blown away about how fast it cooks. Cant wait to try your instapot meals. I have made several of your recipes and you never disapoint. Much love to you and your family and have a merry christmas
Mandy, I really enjoy your videos. When rolling out any dough, it helps if you take the side of your hand and make 3 evenly spaced indentions in the dough before you start rolling it out. It helps you get the size you need more easily. I hope that helps make things easier for you. Jeri
Mandy I just ate dinner but want to eat all over again after reliving these recipes. I love the white chicken chili and Stromboli. Thank you for all of your creativity and hard work putting these videos together. Merry Christmas. And blessed 2023.
I’m making the killer white chicken chili to take to work for Christmas. It looked so amazing. Can’t wait to taste it as I’m sure it will be delicious. It’s supposed to be cold in Florida Christmas Day so I know this will be perfect. Merry Christmas.
I stumbled onto your channel very recently. I tried one of your recipes for the first time tonight. I made the Mongolian Beef Noodles. They were amazing. Thanks for sharing!
I love watching you, your son and of course your husband!!!! Just one tip Put a large frying pan on your stove and warm your tortilla in the pan to heat up. The texture of the flour tortilla and corn tortillas heated on a flat griddle or frying pan makes a big difference .
Mandy girl!!! I just made the Mongolian Beef Noodles and they are divine! Hubby is on his way home and I know he's going to love them! Your kitty is sooooo sweet. Our 9 month old cat, Mochi, is always in the kitchen if I'm in the kitchen. She doesn't really meow, she squeaks and chirps(for real!) Thank you for this dish, from one SC lady to another ❤️(I'm 150 miles south of you, I think or that's what Google said, in Hartsville, SC)
New to your videos and I am loving them ALL. I really like that on your recipes you tell how you do it and adjust recipe to the way you fixed it, and it’s right on the page of the original recipe. Thanks for very informative and delicious recipes. You guys bring a smile to my face 🦋
Just wanted to say the BBQ mini meatloaves were delicious. Definitely will be making these again! Had them tonight with steamed cabbage with butter, yum yum😍
Love your channel and subscribe to it! Unfortunately my husband and I are dealing with type 2 diabetes and rising cholesterol so we can't enjoy most of your recipes. We do like watching you and your family cook, eat and banter back and forth...it's most enjoyable. Susan
I'm loving the instapot recipes. I never know how long and don't have recipes for them. I just started watching the channel so I will get a bunch from you.
Hope everybody is staying warm cooked a big pot of vegetables with ham I froze from Thanksgiving. Thanks for all the videos Mandy, hope you, Steven and Cole have a very Merry Christmas!!
I just made the BBQ, bacon cheddar meatloaf balls so delicious my family of 9 throughly enjoyed them. Thank you for the recipe and I love watching Steven describe the meal/dish. You two are so cute and authentic. Keep up the team work.
Mandy I agree, bless your heart. Next time with the dough cut down both sides of the package so that the dough comes out intact like it is in the package. That will make it much easier to roll out how you need it to be. Trust me, I worked for Dominos for 15 years dough is easier to manipulate when it's a nice round patty.
I have made stromboli with frozen {thawed} roll out and fill in with whatever you want. I use different meats, cheese, onions, peppers and or whatever you want.
I'm telling you Mandy I can watch this video 100 times and still laugh at your pizza dough struggle. But that Stromboli is probably the most popular thing I've ever seen you make. I definitely have to try it when I have a crowd over. I love watching you and Steven have fun cooking together. Cutest couple ever by far!
I am now in a living situation where I can cook again! So now I'm going back over all the saved recipes and deciding on which order to start making these wonderful recipes! Thank you for the 2 years of dreaming of making these dishes foe myself. I'm really looking forward to it. These 5 just made the first ones I'm trying! 😉
Oh my gosh I just found your channel. You have a new subscriber!!! I loved the recipes, the fun bantering, and most of all your love for the Lord. Many many blessings!!!💕🕊
Ok, yesterday I made Stromboli, tonight I made korean tacos. Awesome!! Had slaw with it too. Also, added for sides, pickled radishes in lime juice and Korean buldak sauce. Everything worked together so deliciously. I recommend this one too. Next to try is chicken chili...hehe.
When I make the Mongolian beef I add a little teriyaki sauce, diced carrots, onion and zucchini and for my son I add green pepper ( I don’t care for green pepper) to his too. Good way to get some veggies in.
I love your channel too. I love to see your family's reaction when they take that first bite.. Stephen i is so appreciative of your cooking . I love the interaction between the two of you and I think that's what makes your channel so special to me. Keep it up...
Hi Mandy. This was great! I almost chose the white chicken chili as my favorite .😄 I love it when you do these countdown videos. Keep them coming my friend! Thanks for sharing as always.🤗💕
Hey Mandy, we really enjoy Laura's chicken, the chicken dinner with cranberry sauce, onion soup mix and french dressing. It's so good, we put that sauce on everything. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Keep up the videos, I really like to watch them.
We tried the Stromboli, it was also interesting with the pizza crust rolling it out. Truly this was my husband's favorite. And the baptist pie. Thank you for sharing this, you make recipes seem easy.
All these recipes sound so amazing. Not sure which one I want to make first but definitely will make them all. Thank you so much for these amazing recipes!! I really enjoy your videos. You and your husband are such a pleasure to watch...you both are too cute!!
Hey Mandy! Just a little hack I found when cooking meat in the Instapot that needs to be shredded after cooking. Use the meat chopper that you use when cooking Hamburger meat.
Sister you rock! You and your family just thrill me when we get the Colel Cam and your husband's Southern Shenanigans and his choice of vocabulary words that he invents I just love it. Merry Christmas to you and I hope you have a blessed day. Blessings and much love
Y’all are super sweet and awesome. My husband and I cancelled out anniversary vacation coming up Sept. due to health issues but you inspired us to do these recipes to celebrate with one every night for our week❤🎉. Thank you so much. Blessings to y’all. 🙏🏻
Oh I was planning on making the stromboli and had forgot about it. Love the "real" world kitchen mishaps. And definitely going to make the white chicken chili for the church cook off 2023 . If Stephen likes it and the rest of you'all then it's gotta be a contender. Merry Christmas ya'll
i always make my meatloaf in the large muffin tins. In this way, everyone gets the crunchy outside and they cook faster. Watch you weekly. We love the sweet sour Kielbasa, although it is always difficult for me to find (video). I add baby corn and water chestnuts. My family also craves the taco stuffed peppers.
Just made your Stromboli. Bought supermarket pizza dough and made it per recipe. Came out delicious. We will certainly keep making this. Very easy. Served it with ceasar salad, with fresh lettuce from our garden. Oh, and Raos marinara to dip in. Awesome! Highly recommend. Now, we're going to try your Korean taco recipe.
I remember watching you doing this and laughing and trying to tell you how to roll out dough ! I truly enjoyed this video ! You are so entertaining , just love it.
When dough springs back too much knead it for a minute and let it rest, covered, for 20-30 minutes. Repeat if necessary until it is relaxed enough to roll out. .... Your husband's name should be 'Lucky'
I love beef and noodles, I've never experienced this Mongolian Style but I do make a Hungarian style using ground beef. I also use cornstarch to thicken it. it gives it such a silky texture that's amazing. Much better than using flour to thicken. IMO.
I made the white chicken chili and Mongolian beef noodles this week after watching this video and wow, they were definitely winners for a reason! Both recipes will definitely be worked into my regular rotation, thank you so much!
I just made a Black Russian cake and a large portion of the box of yellow cake mix ended up on me and my floor. 🤪 Such is the way with me. Thanks for your recipe shares, I love trying them and WEARING them at times. 😏 Merry Christmas from Kentucky A.K.A The Arctic 🎄
Mongolian noodles have become one of our favourites. I make mine with ramen noodles. Will be trying the Stromboli this week- my grocery store didn’t have pilsbury biscuits (so I will be making your cheese biscuits) but they had pizza dough, so won’t need to roll it out. Love watching you in the kitchen. Much like me there are whoopsies and flour etc gets everywhere- half the fun of cooking 😂🤓 Always an adventure.
😂Mandy, laughing at you & the pizza dough again. 😂 Reminded me of Lucy & Ethel working at the Candy Factory. You are probably too young to have seen it but the reruns are still going around the world. I've watched you for quite a few years but rarely ever comment. I love the bantering between you & Steven. So cute and funny! I'm just a little northeast of the Smokies so you know I have a southern accent!! Around here we say Stove Eye but I totally understand when someone uses Burner. God bless all of you. Keep on living life in a fun and productive way. ❤🙏
I have made the stromboli once and the beef noodles twice. They were just ok. The noodles have a good flavor but I thought it was quite salty and a bit too sweet. I will have to adjust both the next time I try it. Cannot wait to try the tacos and meatloaf. Thanks for all the grest recipes!!! Love your videos.
Hi Mandy, I usually take the pizza dough out of the bag put it into a grease bowl and cover for 2 hours it will rise real nice and you will be able to roll it out
This looks amazing. The only thing I would do different is natural release whenever you can and cook it for one hour. It would make it completely tender then. The fibers in the meat and the muscle needs a little bit of extra time to break down a little more. That’s been my experience. Thanks for this wonderful recipe can’t wait to try it!
These are such great recipes. Hope y’all have a fantastic Christmas! I’m looking forward to making your green beans for the second year in a row for our family dinner.
I just tried your Sesame chicken made in the airfryer and it was delicious! Thank you very much! Looking forward to more of your delicious recipes! Thank you! This coming from a half Asian girl! Very good!
I know of an easy way to stretch the dough for Stromboli. Get a sheet pan and grease it with shortening. For some reason only shortening will work. Stretch the dough with your fingers to the desired size. The shortening holds dough so that it stays put and does not shrink back. Just fill and roll your Stromboli on the pan. And then bake it there, too!
I made the white chicken chili today and it is sooo good. Easy to make and delicious. My husband doesn't like spicy food and he agreed it's tasty. Love all of your videos. Thanks.
LOL 😂 You made me laugh watching you with the dough LOL Also I’m excited to try the meatloaf based on your son’s remark I really appreciate your son’s opinion, I have 5 grandsons 3 are around Cole’s age and so I appreciate it when he gives me his opinion. Thank you Mandy your sweet and precious to watch! Thank you so much!!
Just discovered your channel. These all sound so good!!! Definitely going to do the meatloaves, but as a single I will definitely be freezing some of them. Ans as a canner, I can see using canned roast in the Mongolian Beef. Would make it a shelf stable meal.
I went to my son’s school today to have lunch with him and he tells me that your video should be out by now. So now I’m sitting in the 7th grade cafeteria with 13 boys gathered around my son’s iPad while we watch your video. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤😊
Ahhhhh!!!! Thank you so much! Please tell him hello for me! Merry Christmas!
Special moments. Precious memories 💙
That’s hilarious! 13 boys going home and telling their Moms to watch Mandy in the Making!!
It’s quite the spectacle. The cafeteria aid and assistant principal joined in also, lol!
What a great story! Love it!
Love and hugs. Hard saying goodbye to our precious fur babies.
I'm so sorry for the loss of your sweet Fuzz Butt.🌈💔
My condolences. Rip to your fuzz butt 🙏 😞
I'm so sorry for the loss of your fur baby.
When you can smile at their memory, healing is coming soon. So sorry.
Every time I need to laugh I am watching your videos even if I watched them before, you and Steven are so adorable ❤
That Baby girl Gracie… cuteness overload!!! She is gorgeous and so sweet!! Thanks for the Recipes! They look GREAT!!
I loved the Stromboli as well. I didn’t have pizza dough so I just used the Rhodes bread loaf and let it come to room temp and rise. It was delicious.

Korean red pepper flakes add sweetness, with a little heat... But not the heat you get from red pepper flakes in the states!
For the Korean beef taco recipe.
Always do a 10-12 minute natural release with ALL proteins. It’s equivalent t “resting”. You will see a difference
Lol at “Bless my heart!” Soo cute!
We've tried 3 of these recipes in the last 2 weeks. The Stromboli, the Korean tacos and the mini meatloaves. All were a hit! Thank you

New to your videos and I am loving them ALL. I really like that on your recipes you tell how you do it and adjust recipe to the way you fixed it, and it’s right on the page of the original recipe. Thanks for very informative and delicious recipes. You guys bring a smile to my face 🦋
Thank you for sharing your passion for home cooking and your sweet family including sous chef/cheese taster Kitty.
Instead of flouring your counter, use a small amount of butter..it grips instead of slides...so much easier! Bw..so much fun to watch you & yours!❤
I love your show! Great ideas for dinner and so much fun to watch! Have a blessed Christmas with your family.

Ohmy, that Stromboli looks wonderful, I can almost smell it. Possibly your topping makes it amazing.
Oh my goodness! I think that Stromboli looks awesome! First time seeing this....super yummy! Thank you! Merry Christmas!
I appreciate you so much! You and Steven make a great pair and make it fun to watch!
Hi Mandy. This was great! I almost chose the white chicken chili as my favorite .😄
I love it when you do these countdown videos.
All of these are awesome, thanks for sharing ❤️❤️❤️Merry Christmas
I enjoy the way you always make a good presentation! We really do eat with our eyes first! Loved this video!
I love you videos. You and your family are a joy to watch! Thank you.
I made the white chicken chili. Yummy, my daughter has me make it for her for her apartment. Thank y'all for all you do. Merry Christmas
I have just recently ran across your channel. You are amazing and I really enjoy your family too!!!
I laughed so hard when you were struggling with the dough. Ohhh you made my day!
Mmmmmmmmmmm Happy New Year 2023 .Allof these recipes are going to be dinners this week…Thanks Mandy.
Thanks.
Love you as a couple. I appreciate your focus on flavor!
LOL 😂 You made me laugh watching you with the dough LOL
Also I’m excited to try the meatloaf based on your son’s remark
I really appreciate your son’s opinion, I have 5 grandsons 3 are around Cole’s age and so I appreciate it when he gives me his opinion.
