This video tells the story of Tate and Violet, two young people caught in a love that could never work. Very romeo and juliet like with ghosts. You can pretty much watch this and you'll get their whole story without even having to watch the show.
plus deep down i always felt like Bruno mars' "it will rain" was like an unofficial theme for this love story.

"Like Romeo and Juliet." In my opinion better, because Tate was not a good human being. He was a good person, but NOT a good human being. But so many people (including myself) fell in love with him even after everything he's done. I also think it's amazing how even after everything he did, Violet still loved him. She left him, because she thought he had to pay for everything he had done to people, which was to take away the only thing he loved; her. But she still said "I love you Tate." I THINK THAT'S AMAZING!!! Many people think this show is just sex and blood, but whoever can't look past all of that has the maturity of a new born.

These shows are so addictive, this and the next...LOVE Evan Peters, one of the most believably emotion actors I have ever seen. I think I am now in love with this guy, have to watch everything he has done.....great video and the music was excellent. thank you so much, now one on my fav list's.

New people. Tate was killed many years ago in that same house for the slaughter he did in college. That scene appears in this video. Then he stays in the house like a ghost. And I believe that a ghost or spirit can kill a person in different ways. There are evil spirits that do horrible things right? At least I think so. Although Tate is not bad, if I correct myself. Tate is Tate. As much as he does so many bad things one can't hate him. He has a disorder that attracts you. As Violet says: "Tate, you are the darkness". And oh dear, that damn darkness attracts you.

He was killed in the house. The only way you would be trapped in the house is if 1. You died there or 2. Your body rests there. Tate died in the house. After his mass murder, he went home to his bedroom (Which later became Violet's bedroom) and was shot in the house by a SWAT team of sorts. I bet his body is buried in a cemetery or something. I mean, unless there was something that they forgot to put into the show. You could probably check that online.. you know, the back stories and stuff.
Well, he also did Nip/Tuck. I dont know if you've ever seen the show but some of the storylines were a bit twisted. AHS is more twisted than that, but I was a fan of his during N/T so when he did Glee, I did a double take. He went from Nip/Tuck to Glee. lol

Actually, it's referenced towards the end of season 1 by Jessica Lange's character to ''Mr. Escandarian'' (Not sure how it's spelled, to be honest) that when someone dies their souls just stay trapped there, no matter which house/property it is. She says something along the lines of "One of these days, they'll be building on top of you too" after "Mr. Escandarian'' says that he wants to tear the house down and build something else on top of it. It's been a while since I've watched it, though.

If the house burned down, they would still be trapped there. I assume (just what I think) that the house itself would continue to be there for them, but not for anyone else. For example, if it burned down, a living human being driving by the property would just see the remains of an old house, but the ghosts (all like 22 of them, haha) would still be wandering around inside the house. Kind of like a residual haunting type of thing. Sorry if I've confused you >.< Just trying to answer questions.

Anyone killed on the property of the house would automatcially just live there forever through the soul of the house, but remember when tristen read to adie he said on halloween the dead roam freely around the streets which is why that was the only time tate could take violet on a day, and why the high school kids were looking for him

I don't think it has anything to do with ''wanting'' to cross over and just not doing it. I think they want to cross over, but can't. Because Moira the housekeeper seemed like she wanted nothing more than to cross over when Ben put up the gazebo to hide Hayden's body.
