Man, this is SO good. And thank you for putting so much work into it. Every time I watch your channel I get closer to pulling the trigger on an OT Mk2 to go together with my Digitakt, Syntakt and Digitone. Only thing holding me back now (well, apart from the $$$ lol) is waiting to see what Elektron have planned for Superbooth.
Very cool now that we have the new digitakt MK2 with 8bar 128step we need a lot more 8bar effects.. and who knows what else will come from Elektron, I foresee a revolution!
I spent 30 mins with the Replay at NAMM this year, loved it and saw a ton of potential for it… then I started reading a lot of negative comments about it that made little sense to me.
Hello EZ Nice work ! I wonder if evnetually yoû´ve worked on a very similar template but : with 2 thru machines and only 1 neighbor machine by thru machine ? That could let me tracks for 2 flex and 2 static machines Because i need 3 or 4 tracks for playing My samples Thx
DB4 is a beast and can do some things an Octa can't do, but with this template obviously you can grab and control multiple effects with one button/fader whereas DB4 you'll be juggling controls a bit more. I love my DB4 but I've been thinking a lot about an Octa lately :)

Thank you for putting together such a great set of transitions/fx/sounds!!:) Just wondering, (apologies for the noob question!)is there a way to control the incoming volume of inputs A/B/C/D independently within the OT, or do you have to get the balance right with external audio volume control?
This has me jonesing to jump into the Elektron ecosystem. Noob question, does the performance mixer project completely tie up the octatracks functionality? Like can you simultaneously use it for beats, or does it become a dedicated mixer requiring external sound sources?
it does consume all available channels. but there are other templates he's made that have some free Flex tracks for you to use. correct me if I'm wrong @ezbot
hi there! How did you make patterns change simultaneously with all those elektron? I'm trying to do this for year and never been able. Do you have a tutorial on this subject? Thanks a lot for all those tutorials. :-)
hi again! I followed exactly your procedure but the dtone and dtakt have a late changing pattern of 32 bars. I guess it should have to do with the master length settings on all the machine... right? Do you also have a tutorial about this subject? Thanks again for your time. I'm about to book a private lessons with you. 🙂

Are all your tracks (for the 3 machines) are set to Pattern per track or per pattern?

Does the performance mixer 3 replace the techno performance template, or is it a new performance template?
On a side note, have you thought about bundling the template and the label together. Maybe deliver the template on USB drive

Just put whichever does most of the drums into AB and do the rest on CD

That's a great question and I did in fact answer that towards the end of the stream. I am working on it currently :)

Ableton requires a daw. This is dawless.

Which input is the 303 going into? Is it mono with the syntakt as a mono too?
Its going into the Syntakt, the Syntakt's audio in is stereo.
